The Zero Hour kicked off with a chaotic $200K three-way tag bout featuring Morrissey & Bryan Keith, The Outrunners, and the duo that insist they’re “not The Acclaimed anymore” (Anthony Bowens & Max Caster).
After a fast-paced sprint filled with dives, standoffs, and Big Bill throwing folks like laundry, the finish came when Juice Robinson rolled up Bowens, securing the briefcase for Bullet Club Gold.

Bowens immediately blamed Caster afterward — tension’s brewing.

QT Marshall & Big Boom AJ Score a Big Win

In a rough-and-tumble tag fight, QT Marshall & Big Boom AJ defeated Roppongi Vice, thanks in part to outside chaos involving Big Justice, Paul Wight, and various cheap shots.
A blockbuster–powerbomb combo sealed the deal.

Callis Family Drama Already Boiling

Backstage, Don Callis, Josh Alexander, and the Young Bucks hyped their million-dollar match, while Callis tried to reassure everyone that adding Okada to the Family wasn’t backfiring.
Spoiler: It absolutely was.

Kingston & HOOK Handle the WorkHorsemen

A short but stiff affair saw Eddie Kingston pin Anthony Henry while HOOK choked out JD Drake.

Sky Team Retain CMLL World Trios Championship; Callis Family Implodes

The Callis Family’s trios title challenge went sideways before the bell even rang.
Hechicero jumped Sky Team early, Mistico got his arm mangled, and Okada didn’t even show up until the fight was halfway done, arriving in style and making a full entrance while Takeshita fought alone.

Despite moments where Okada and Takeshita nearly came to blows, Sky Team rallied, and Mistico submitted Hechicero with La Mistica to retain.

Afterward, Okada and Takeshita argued again — this faction is duct-taped together at best.

PAC Defeats Darby Allin After Brutal Bat Shot

A wounded Darby Allin fought with taped-up burns and still pushed PAC to the brink.
The Bastard targeted the injuries relentlessly, including a sickening “Indian burn” spot and a catapult that sent Darby ricocheting through the ropes to the floor.

Despite a late rally, PAC used Sting’s bat behind the ref’s back to secure the pin.

Timeless Love Bombs Win Right to Choose Stipulation in Women’s Tag Title Tournament Semifinal

In a four-team sprint featuring the Babes of Wrath, Sisters of Sin, and Marina Shafir & Megan Bayne, the final moments saw Toni Storm and Harley Cameron trading roll-ups.
Storm reversed a small package to take the win, giving the Timeless Love Bombs control over their semifinal stipulation.

FTR Become AEW World Tag Team Champions

In a show-stealing war, FTR dethroned Brodido (Bandido & Brody King) in a match loaded with brutal strikes, crazy dives, illegal belt shots, and more nearfalls than viewers could count.

Bandido survived an absurd amount of punishment, but the final Shatter Machine finally kept him down.

Ricochet Becomes First AEW National Champion

The Casino Gauntlet was chaos from the opening bell. GOA attacked early entrants, Ricochet took out MVP with a mic assault, and alliances constantly formed and shattered.

The final sequence saw Ricochet hit the Spirit Gun on Kevin Knight to claim the inaugural National Championship.

Kyle O’Reilly Forces Jon Moxley to Tap in a Blood-Soaked War

Moxley and O’Reilly tried to murder each other with forks, chains, submissions, and absolutely no restraint.
Mox even hit a Pillmanizer on Kyle’s arm — but KOR refused to quit.

In the end, Kyle wrapped a chain around Moxley’s ankle and forced Mox to tap out, handing him a rare submission loss.
Mox gave a nod of respect… then attacked Kyle again moments later.

Mark Briscoe Wins TNT Championship in Ultra-Violent Classic

If Mark Briscoe lost, he’d have to join the Callis Family — so he came armed with ladders, chairs, tacks, and the spirit of every Delaware backyard brawl.

Fletcher busted Briscoe open early, and both men carved each other up with ladders, screwdrivers, and barbed wire.
After surviving a litany of brainbusters and landing a Razor’s Edge through a barbed wire table, Briscoe finished it with a Jay Driller onto the tacks to win the TNT title.

Bucks Join the Callis Family… Then Don’t

The $1,000,000 six-man saw the Young Bucks & Josh Alexander defeat Jurassic Express & Kenny Omega, thanks to Josh’s vicious ankle lock and the Bucks’ BTE Trigger.

Post-match, Callis revealed the Bucks were now officially part of the Family — until Alexander went after Omega’s leg again.
The Bucks had a crisis of conscience, threw the money down, and helped save their former best friend, ending with a big feel-good reunion hug.

Kris Statlander Retains AEW Women’s World Championship Against Mercedes Moné

Moné spent the whole match dissecting Statlander’s arm and hit FOURTEEN straight suplexes, but Stat wouldn’t quit.

Despite the damage, Statlander powered through and retained via Saturday Night Fever.

Samoa Joe Wins AEW World Championship; Swerve Strickland Returns

In a blood-soaked steel cage main event, Hangman Page and Samoa Joe tore each other apart until the Opps, Shibata, and Eddie Kingston sparked bedlam.

The turning point came when HOOK turned heel, revealed an Opps shirt, and blasted Hangman with the AEW title belt.
Joe hit the Muscle Buster to become AEW World Champion.

As the Opps celebrated, the arena went black — and Swerve Strickland made his return, staring Joe down before wading through the Opps dojo trainees like an action-movie finale.
Finally, Hangman rose and stood beside his old enemy, and the show ended with Swerve and Hangman united against Joe’s monstrous army.

Backstage Update On The Finish To AEW Dynamite/Collision Match After Miscommunication

A bit more clarity has emerged regarding the odd finish to Shelton Benjamin’s match with “Speedball” Mike Bailey during Wednesday night’s special three-hour AEW Dynamite/Collision broadcast from Boston’s Agganis Arena.

The closing stretch left plenty of fans scratching their heads. Benjamin nailed Bailey with a sharp superkick and covered him, only for the referee to abruptly halt the count despite Bailey’s shoulders being flat on the mat. The match rolled on for a few more moments before Benjamin ultimately sealed the win with a German suplex, a knee strike, and another superkick.

Naturally, viewers wondered if Bailey might have been legitimately rocked on the first kick. However, Bryan Alvarez reported that the situation came down to nothing more than an in-ring miscommunication — and no one was hurt.

Per Alvarez, the planned finish was indeed a superkick, and Bailey sold it with a huge flip bump that looked picture-perfect. Benjamin, recognizing how strong the moment came off, called an audible on the fly to end the match right there. The issue? The referee never caught the cue and stopped the count because it didn’t match the layout they’d been given.

Alvarez emphasized that Bailey did nothing wrong and wasn’t injured in the exchange. The blame, if any, falls on the miscommunication between Benjamin and the referee. Once the count was halted, the wrestlers simply reverted to the original closing sequence.

In the end, everyone walked away fine — just another case of live TV wrestling unpredictability creating a bit of confusion in real time.

Tony Khan Provides Insight on Adam Cole’s Absence, Says In-Ring Return Would Require “The Right Situation”

Adam Cole’s status has been one of the bigger question marks in AEW over the past several months, and Tony Khan has now offered a clearer—though still cautious—update on where things stand.

Cole has been away since AEW All In: Texas, where he vacated the TNT Championship after informing Khan he wasn’t well enough to compete. Reports since then have suggested his latest setback is tied to concussion-related issues, adding another layer to a long road of injuries that already included the serious ankle injury that sidelined him for over a year.

During a recent interview with Ariel Helwani, Khan opened up about the situation and made it clear that Cole’s health is the priority. According to the AEW President, getting the call on the morning of All In was “incredibly difficult,” especially given how hard Cole had battled back from previous injuries to rebuild momentum in 2025 and reclaim a top spot as TNT Champion.

Khan emphasized that Cole’s ankle injury alone could have ended his career, noting the pain and recovery process were far more serious than many realized. Cole’s comeback had been one of the more inspiring stories in AEW before this latest setback forced him to step away again.

As for an eventual return to the ring? Khan didn’t shut the door, but he made it clear that AEW will only consider it if every factor—medically and situationally—lines up. He expressed that Cole will always have a place within the company, even if wrestling isn’t in the immediate picture. Cole has already contributed as a commentator and show host, and Khan believes those avenues remain open whenever Cole feels ready to resume regular work.

Khan stressed that anything involving head injuries has to be treated with caution, and AEW would only move forward if it can ensure the safest possible environment for Cole and everyone involved.

For now, the message is simple: Adam Cole’s health comes first, and AEW is leaving the door open—but not rushing anything.

Report: John Cena Expected To Headline 2026 WWE Hall of Fame Class Alongside Stephanie McMahon

We’re still months away from WrestleMania season, but the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame conversation is already heating up—much earlier than usual. Stephanie McMahon was announced back in September as the first official inductee, and for a while she seemed like the obvious headliner. But according to the latest backstage buzz, she may be sharing that spotlight with one of WWE’s most iconic names.

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez revealed that chatter behind the scenes at Monday’s WWE Raw pointed toward John Cena being lined up as the marquee inductee for the 2026 class. While nothing is confirmed, Alvarez noted that the idea was circulating heavily among those backstage.

“As of Monday night, the belief is the headliner would be John Cena,” Alvarez said. “Maybe things change, but that was certainly the discussion. With Stephanie already announced, Cena and Stephanie would be the two biggest names if that’s what ends up happening.”

If this comes together, the induction would take place during WrestleMania weekend in 2026—and honestly, the timing couldn’t be more fitting.

Cena’s Hall of Fame case has been locked in for years. Between his unprecedented run as WWE’s franchise star for two decades, his crossover success in mainstream entertainment, and his still-strong relationship with the company, it was always just a matter of when WWE would pull the trigger.

Now the “when” lines up perfectly with Cena’s current farewell tour. He’s set to wrestle his final match on the December 13 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event in Washington, D.C., officially closing the in-ring chapter of his career. Having him headline the Hall of Fame just a few months later would tie his retirement story together in classic WWE fashion.

If Cena is indeed added to the 2026 class, WWE will be stacking WrestleMania weekend with two of the most influential figures of the last 25 years—one a trailblazing executive, the other the face of an entire era.
