The Florida State Attorney’s office has declined to prosecute TNA star Bram (Thomas Latimer) and the charges of domestic battery by strangulation and false imprisonment were dropped. Bram was arrested back on August 30th in Gulfport, FL after an incident with his girlfriend.
Bram should return to action in TNA soon. He was suspended by TNA until the issue was resolved.
The “World Title Series” continues with the final 4 groups revealed.
Matt Hardy starts his journey back to the World Heavyweight Title.

Dixie Carter to address the TNA World Heavyweight Title situation following Matt Hardy relinquishing the title due to EC3 filing a legal injunction.
“World Title Series” begins.
TNA President Dixie Carter and Billy Corgan addressed the TNA World Heavyweight Title situation and injunction storyline with Matt Hardy and EC3.
Dixie said she was ready to fight the injunction at all cost but after talking with Matt Hardy yesterday, she made the decision to accept Matt relinquishing the title.
There will be a “World Title Series” beginning tonight on Impact Wrestling, that will eventually crown a new champion. Corgan says they are confident this will give them the champion they need.
Matt Hardy announced that he is relinquishing the TNA World Heavyweight Title that he just won Sunday at the Bound For Glory pay-per-view following the legal injunction filed by former champion Ethan Carter III. Hardy said he was doing so in order to get the injunction thrown out. He said he will take back the title the next time he gets in the ring with EC3.
TNA is planning an announcement on the status of the title this afternoon.
Dixie Carter announced today that TNA will be going to India this month for a media tour and talent search. TNA stars EC3, Mahabali Shera and Rebel will going. While they are there they will make an announcement regarding to India.

Bound for Gold Gauntlet Match: Mr. Anderson VS Jessie Godderz VS Eli Drake VS Al Snow VS Aiden O’Shea VS Robbie E VS Mahabali Shera VS Tyrus VS Chris Melendez VS Tommy Dreamer VS Abyss VS The Pope – Winner and new #1 contender Tyrus – After the match Christy Hemme came to the ring to interview Tyrus but EC3 came out and took over the interview. EC3 says they are coming for the Tag Team Titles, but Tyrus says he’s coming for the World Heavyweight Title. EC3 isn’t happy.

EC3 was backstage screaming at Dixie Carter and John Gaburick. EC3 punched Gaburick sending him over a table and got in Dixie’s face and then stormed off.
