Scott Steiner’s Wife Christa And Tommy Dreamer Provide Health Updates

Scott Steiner is going to make a one-hundred percent recovery from collapsing after this weekend’s Impact Wrestling TV tapings in Atlanta, Georgia. He was worked on by paramedics at the event and then taken to an emergency room at a local hospital.

Steiner’s wife, Christa, provided an update yesterday evening.

Su Yung Now A Free Agent

A big star with Impact Wrestling is officially a free agent. According to PWInsider, former Impact Wrestling Knockout Champion Su Yung is no longer contracted with the company.

The report went on to say that Yung is at tonight’s Impact tapings, but can sign anywhere. “The Undead Bride” has been in with Impact since 2018, helping Braxton Sutter by attacking Allie.

Also yesterday, Yung posted in a series a tweets that spelled out the word, “Free Agent.”

She was involved in several feuds during her time there, ranging from Tessa Blanchard to Madison Rayne. Her most famous program has been with Rosemary, as they fought over the soul of Allie, among other things.

Yung is a former ICW Women’s, Queens of Combat, and WSU Spirit Champion.

Scott Steiner Hospitalized After Collapsing Following Impact Tapings, He Is To Undergo Heart Procedure

Following last night’s Impact Wrestling tapings in Atlanta, Georgia, Scott Steiner reportedly collapsed and was taken to a local hospital.

Impact Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore reported on Twitter that Steiner was doing okay at the hospital.

“For all concerned parties @ScottSteiner is OK. His family is grateful for everybody’s concern and support,” D’Amore wrote.

In an update, Steiner is scheduled to undergo a heart procedure today and remains in stable condition, according to PWInsider.

As noted by Pro Wrestling Sheet, the 57-year old Steiner was worked on by paramedics at the tapings after collapsing. He was then taken to the emergency room. It was noted that Steiner appeared to be fine throughout the day before collapsing.

Impact Wrestling Announces King Of The Mountain Match For Their TNA Themed ‘There’s No Place Like Home’ Event At WrestleCon

Impact Wrestling announced Sunday on Twitter (view below) that a King of the Mountain Match will take place at their TNA themed There’s No Place Like Home event that will be part of WrestleCon during WrestleMania 36 weekend.

The event will take place at The Ritz in Ybor City, Florida on Friday, April 3, with tickets ranging from $60 to $150.

Impact has previously announced for the event an Ultimate X Match, and appearances from past TNA stars Scott Steiner, “Wildcat” Chris Harris, Disco Inferno, Petey Williams, Chris Sabin, The Amazing Red, and Aces & 8’s, which will be represented by D’Lo Brown and Ken Anderson.

Participants for the King of the Mountain Match have not yet been announced.

The event will stream live on FITE TV beginning at 7:00 pm ET.
