Eric Arndt, a.k.a. Enzo Amore, who was released by WWE in January after being accused of rape, removed all his postings from his Instagram account last week. As seen below, on Monday, Arndt posted a new image that has his Jordans hanging from a phone line with the message, “I T ‘ S * B E E N * R E A L”

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bh7nB2Fgukl/

Arndt has been relatively quiet since being accused of rape in January by Philomena Sheahan. His only public statement regarding the accusations was on January 23rd via his attorney:

Over the last two days, Philomena Sheahan has made multiple public accusations against Eric Arndt (also known as Enzo Amore with the WWE), including allegations of sexual misconduct concerning an October 2017 incident in Phoenix. Mr. Arndt fully and unequivocally denies those accusations. He is cooperating with the authorities in this matter and looks forward to having it resolved in a timely manner. Neither Mr. Arndt nor his counsel will be making any further public comments on this matter.

A former friend of Sheahan’s, Sam Cook, shared a group text exchange from the night of the alleged rape incident where she confirmed having sex with Arndt, but seemed to suggest that it was consensual. Sheahan responded by stating that those texts where “completely out of context.” She has since deleted her Twitter account.

Ex-WWE Star Enzo Amore Removed From Upcoming Episode Of “Undercover Boss”

Pro Wrestling Sheet has learned Enzo Amore is being edited out of an upcoming WWE-themed episode of “Undercover Boss due to police investigating the wrestler for sexual assault.

Multiple sources say WWE filmed an episode for season nine before the investigation was made public and Enzo was involved in one of the scenes.

It was said that Amore wasn’t integral to the episode and since the premiere date for the CBS show isn’t set in stone, editors will have plenty of time to cut him out

As we previously reported, Enzo Amore was released from WWE last month. He released a statement afterward saying he “fully and unequivocally denies” the rape allegations.

So far there still hasn’t been any new information.

Enzo Amore’s Accuser Confirms Controversial Text Exchange After Alleged Rape

Many readers sent WrestlingINC the video below from Sam Cook, a friend of Philomena Sheahan, where he shared a group text exchange from the night of the alleged rape incident. We had held off from posting the video because we could not verify if the texts were legitimate, however Sheahan confirmed that the exchange happened.

Sheahan accused Enzo Amore of rape publicly on Twitter earlier this week, and alleged that Layla Shapiro (@toopoor_) and designer Tyler Grosso were involved.

In the video, the text exchange confirms that Amore had sex with Sheahan, but suggests that it was consensual. Below is the text exchange:

Sheahan: “I’m going to f–king rehab today. Or to get a ketamine infusion. RACHEL”

Recipient: “WHAT WHY”

Sheahan: “I MET TOO POOR and did coke with her Tyler and f–k their friend.”

Recipient: “pics or it didn’t happen.”

Sheahan: “F–ked.”

Recipient: “Don’t lie you dumbass b—h u would be posting it on ur story”

Sheahan: “My roommates would see b—h. No I wouldn’t.”

Recipient: “shere’s the selfie with her?”

Sheahan: “Didn’t get one.”

Recipient: “Omg”

Sheahan: “Believe it or not b—h it happened & I’m laying in bed next to a famous wrestler.”

Recipient: “Pic”

Sheahan: “It’s dark in here.”

In a now-deleted tweet, Sheahan responded to the video and said that her texts were taken “completely out of context.” She also referenced the video below and wrote:

“About the texts that @imsamcook is using to ‘expose’ me. The morning of the incident I woke up not knowing where I was. That was 3-5 hours after I did the drugs/was drugged. I vaguely remember sending those messages and they were taken completely out of context. When I fully woke up, I called Sam bawling my eyes out telling him the whole story. It’s so hard for me to comprehend that someone that I’ve known & called my best friend for 3 years, who stood by me and supported me through my PTSD from the trauma and is now betraying me. I have no hatred towards him as he is going through a mental breakdown and is off his medication as I will show in the video posted above. I hope he gets the help he needs & I am truly disheartened.”

Regarding the police report that was filed days after the incident, Cook said to take his comments with “a grain of salt” for legal purposes in case anything he’s saying is not completely correct. He said that Sheahan contacted him and told him that “she had sex with Enzo and it was amazing and Toopoor was so nice.” He noted that Sheahan was living with a sobriety group and was hiding from them that night so that she could do drugs, and if the group found out, they’d tell her dad who was paying for her car.

Cook said that after Sheahan had sex, she was worried that her dad was going to go to the hotel, but her sobriety group had her location on the whole time. Cook said that her father told her that she was going to get kicked out of the house if she didn’t go to rehab. Cook said that she then told her dad that she got raped, which is why she did the drugs. Her dad then took her to rehab, but they were told she couldn’t enter until she was medically tested so she had to go to the police station and file the report to get medically tested.

Sheahan also updated her original tweet, where she claimed to have spent 45 days in a mental hospital following the incident. After several people pointed out that her Twitter account was never inactive for that period of time, she wrote:

Update On Reasoning Behind Enzo Amore’s Release From WWE

Enzo Amore went from suspended to released in less than 24 hours, despite not being arrested or convicted of a crime. Here’s what we know about WWE‘s reasoning.

Fightful.com’s Sean Ross Sapp reported this afternoon that Amore was aware of the investigation, but failed to inform anyone in WWE about it. That means the company first learned about the alleged incident yesterday when word began to spread.

Multiple sources confirm Enzo not telling WWE about the investigation was a big factor in their decision to fire the Cruiserweight Champion, especially since he was apparently on thin ice due to past behavior behind the scenes.

This would seem to indicate that Enzo’s firing was due to a violation of the morals clause in his WWE contract and not because of their zero tolerance policy regarding sexual assault.

In regards to the moral’s clause, the company’s corporate website states: “WWE’s ability to fine, suspend or terminate a WWE talent will not be, however, limited or compromised in any manner in the event incontrovertible evidence of such illegal misconduct is presented to WWE. Section 9.13(a) of the WWE booking contract, commonly known as the “morals clause”, provides WWE with broad discretion and authority to act under such circumstances.”

Enzo Amore Suspended Over Sexual Assault Allegations, Incident Under Investigation By Police

Pro Wrestling Sheet has confirmed WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore is being investigated by police in Arizona for allegedly raping a woman last year inside a hotel room.

The woman — who didn’t want to be named — came forward with her story on Twitter and shared graphic details of the alleged assault that she says took place back in October.

WARNING GRAPHIC DETAILS FOLLOW:

She wrote, “OKAY..it’s been long enough & I have been so so scared to share this. I was raped in mid October by the WWE Enzo Amore (also known as Eric Arden) & Tyler Grosso & TOOPOOR let it happen as accomplices. I was in a mental hospital for 45 days after it. They ARE NOT good people.”

The women then shared further details, which can be read in full below:

The original question TOOPOOR asked me was if I would suck Enzo’s dick. I said possibly but if I wasn’t down she said we could all just hang out. Then they got me way fucked up & they left knowing what was about to happen. When Enzo the WWE guy stared coming on to me I was passed out on the couch. I said “I want to get to know you first before doing anything.” He replied, “Bitch I have 1million followers on instagram…you should be begging for this dick.” & then he restrained me & it happened. I never would be this dramatic about something like this but I want you all to know that I would’ve left if I could. I was in psychosis- I had no idea what was going on. I remember bits &pieces & I have constant flashbacks..My mental issues have been the worst ever & i suffer from major PTSD from it.

A rep for the Phoenix PD confirmed that a report was filed and the incident is still under investigation. However, we’re told the bulk of the investigation is complete and police are just waiting on lab results.

Sources say the alleged incident took place on October 19th in the early morning. According to Enzo’s Instagram, he was in Phoenix on October 18th and returned to L.A. the next night.

A rep for WWE says, “WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving sexual harassment or sexual assault. Until this matter is resolved, Eric Arndt (aka Enzo Amore) has been suspended.”

Backstage Update On Enzo Amore’s WWE Status After Getting Sick, How Bad Braun Strowman Was Last Week

WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore missed Monday’s RAW title match with #1 contender Cedric Alexander due to a bad case of the flu. Enzo was also pulled from the Mixed Match Challenge, which begins on January 16th.

Enzo reportedly got sick while in Toronto over the weekend with WWE for the annual holiday live event tour. He had been wrestling Kalisto all week but did not wrestle in Toronto. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Enzo got sick while in Toronto but he did not want to go to the hospital there. He then flew to Miami for RAW on New Year’s Eve and ended up going to the hospital on New Year’s Day. He checked himself out of the hospital on Monday and went to the arena for RAW but officials didn’t want him there because they were worried that he might be contagious.

There was concern backstage after Braun Strowman had left the tour earlier in the week due to the flu but was back for RAW. The Observer notes that Braun was said to be violently ill. As Raj noted before, there were other wrestlers that were sick backstage on Monday and several were given an IV. It was not confirmed that they had the flu or another illness but many skipped going out on New Year’s Eve the night before because they were sick.

No word yet on when Enzo will be back in the ring but it could be this weekend as he has been medically cleared. No word yet on why he was pulled from the Mixed Match Challenge, which doesn’t begin for another 2 weeks. The match with Cedric is still expected to take place when Enzo returns.
