It is being reported on PWInsider Elite that TNA is making some big changes to Impact Wrestling. Reportedly Impact Wrestling will have a reality TV theme to show when it premieres on Destination America. The idea is to have cameras filming everything from wrestlers walking around backstage, entering the building and even being out of character.
Dixie Carter is said to be a big fan of reality TV and Destination America has a lot of reality-type programming. TNA will be changing the format of Impact some to better fit Destination America.

TNA has announced that they have re-signed Madison Rayne, Mr. Anderson & The Wolves (Eddie Edwards & Davey Richards).

TNA wants former WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio for Wednesday’s live Impact Wrestling debut on Destination America. TNA has reportedly offered him big money.

TNA has announced that they have re-signed Kurt Angle, Abyss, Ethan Carter III (EC3) & Jessie Godderz. TNA Executive Vice President John Gaburick said more signings will be announced soon.
Rob Terry (The Freak) has been moved from the TNA roster page to the Alumni section, so it appears that he is done with the company. Also the Menagerie profile has no mention of him in their faction.
TNA has also removed Quinton “Rampage” Jackson to the Alumni section from the roster page.

An hour-long show, GREATEST MATCHES presents the most remarkable and unforgettable contest of iconic TNA superstars such as Kurt Angle, Sting, Jeff Hardy, Mr. Anderson, Samoa Joe and AJ Styles. TNA GREATEST MATCHES debuts with a three episode mini-marathon on Saturday, January 10 beginning at 10 AM ET followed by two new additional premieres on Friday, January 16 at 9AM. TNA GREATEST MATCHES will continue to premiere in its regular time slot starting January 17 on Saturdays at 12PM.

It was announced yesterday on Impact wrestling’s official website that Josh Mathews who formally worked as a backstage announcer and commentator for WWE will be joining Taz as a member of Impact’s announce team. Josh had this to say about the opportunity

Impact wrestling will debut on January 7th on Destination America at 9-11ET and then continue to air regularly on Friday’s starting January 17th

IMPACT WRESTLING debuts on Destination America with a special LIVE broadcast on Wednesday, January 7 from 9-11 PM ET, televised from New York City’s legendary Manhattan Center. IMPACT WRESTLING will move to it’s permanent time slot on Fridays from 9-11 PM ET beginning January 16 on Destination America.
The last 2 episodes of TNA Impact Wrestling on Spike TV will be airing at later than normal times. The Greatest Impact Wrestling Moments shows air times are:
December 17 – 11pm ET.
December 24 – midnight ET.
It is being reported by Al Haft of Florida Pro wrestling that Santana Garrett formally known as Brittany in TNA was spotted backstage at yesterday’s NXT REvalution event. There is no official news of Garrett joining the WWE but it is being said that you can expect a more motivated Garrett in the ring. Garrett’s contract in TNA had recently expired and was chosen not to be renewed and the last we had heard was that Garrett was headed back to her roots in shimmer pro wrestling
So what does the future hold for Santana Garrett? Only time will tell but one thing is forsure wherever she goes she’ll make noise with her undeniable talent.
