Vince McMahon during his interview on the Steve Austin podcast said something about the Superstars had to reach for the brass ring. Last night on Twitter after NXT Takerover: R Evolution Triple H tweeted that he needs help because he lost a whole box of rings. Triple H’s tweet was obviously a response to what Vince said on the podcast. Below is Triple H’s tweet:
Corey Graves announced his retirement from in-ring action because doctors advised him to retire due to concussion related issues. Graves also announced that he is joining the NXT announce team. He joined the announce team to call the action for NXT Takeover: R Evolution!

NXT Championship: Sami Zayn def. (C) Adrian Neville – Zayn is new NXT Champion: After the match the locker room emptied, Kevin Owens embraced his former partner & friend Zayn reached out to shake Neville’s hand. Neville kicked it away and embraced him. Owens and Zayn headed up the ramp and Owens turned on Zayn, slamming him onto the ramp and then powerbombed him on the ring apron.
WWE announced today that Edge & Christian will be appearing on the final RAW of 2014, which takes place on December 29th at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. Also advertised for the event are WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, John Cena & Randy Orton.
Randy Orton is expected to return soon, possibly this Sunday at WWE’s TLC pay-per-view. Orton is scheduled to feud with Seth Rollins upon his return but could also be feuding with Kane on some of the WWE live events.
Kevin Steen will make his WWE NXT debut tonight at NXT Takeover: Revolution as Kevin Owens.
Kevin Steen’s new WWE NXT name is Kevin Owens. He changed his Twitter handle to @FightOwensFight to reflect his new name. He tweeted the following message:
Owens will make his NXT debut on 12/11/14.
So it appears that Kevin Steen has got an official date for his NXT debut, December 11, 2014. Steen tweeted about the vignette (which you can see above) that aired on this week’s NXT episode:
As noted earlier, there was reports that The Undertaker would be taking on a new role in WWE as a NXT advisor. WWE is now denying that the reports are inaccurate.
A WWE spokesperson told The Washington Post that “the reports are inaccurate.” They had not further comment on if he was in talks with a position at NXT, nor did they comment on rumors that he is retiring from in-ring competition.

PWInsider reports that The Undertaker has taken on a new role in WWE as a NXT advisor. Taker was at Thursday’s NXT TV taping & at The Performance Center that week. He told those at the taping that he was going to be working with developmental going forward as an advisor.

KENTA made his NXT debut on Thursday night during NXT Takeover 2 on the WWE Network. KENTA announced that he is changing his name to Hideo Itami. He makes his NXT in-ring debut next week.
WWE has released 5 NXT talents. Those released are – Garrett Dylan, Travis Tyler, Slate Randall, Mac Miles & Dani Jackson.
