Bullet Club ‘Invades’ Raw On Being The Elite (VIDEO)

bullet club invades raw being the elite video

Videos of Bullet Club “invading” Raw have been hitting social media all day, but now this week’s Being The Elite episode chronicling the whole thing has been released … and it’s hilarious.

The episode shows the group rolling up to Raw in Ontario today in a stretch limo and then standing on the back of it to cut promos on a megaphone to air their grievances in public.

This includes Matt Jackson exclaiming that he wants to be able to say “suck it” without getting bleeped, “Hangman” Adam Page griping about being “kidnapped” and (for some reason) Cody Rhodes reciting a monologue from the movie Independence Day.

Those who’ve been keeping up with the show also get a tease at the end in regards to the ongoing saga of the WWE Stooge.

Cody Rhodes Confronts Kenny Omega After G1 Special Main Event (Video)

The honeymoon may soon be over for Cody Rhodes and Bullet Club — because he got HEATED backstage with Kenny Omega for involving himself in the G1 Special in USA title match.

The incident occurred backstage in the press area after Rhodes lost to Kazuchika Okada for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship, where Omega tried to throw in the towel for him.

Kenny defended his actions and began to yell at Cody over his experience in the ring. Rhodes shouted back, “What do you know about my experience? Just because I came from the f*cking WWE?!?”

He then flipped over the press table and tried to get in Omega’s face before The Young Bucks and Brandi Rhodes intervened, separating the two.

The towel situation plays off of what happened at Dominion last month, when Cody tried to throw in the towel for Omega during his match against Okada.

Bullet Club Spoofs NWO ‘Paid Announcements’ To Promote G-1 Specials In The USA (Video)

NJPW‘s sold-out G-1 Climax Special is just a few weeks away … and to get fans hyped for the show, Bullet Club released an awesome promo video reminiscent of the NWO.

The nearly 10-minute “paid advertisement” promotes the Biz Cliz’s involvement in the July 1-2 live events from Long Beach and it’s definitely worth watching.

As we previously reported, both shows will be taped by AXS TV and night one will be broadcast live.

Cody starts things off by announcing he’ll be in action … and following his encounter with Kazuchika Okada after the Dominion pay-per-view last Saturday, he’ll be facing “The Rainmaker” for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship on Night 1.

The ad then cuts to Omega and The Young Bucks selling Elite Cold Spray (which actually exists) before they join Cody. The Guerrillas of Destiny and Hangman Page were also promoted.

Stick around for the end of the advertisement to see a surprise celebrity cameo.

Adam Cole Kicked Out Of The Bullet Club, Replaced By Marty Scurll (Video)

Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks kicked Adam Cole out of the Bullet Club Friday night at War of the Worlds … and his vacant spot was quickly filled by another villain, Marty Scurll.

Following his loss on Friday night to Hiroshi Tanahashi, Adam was joined in the ring by The Young Bucks for a group hug. However, the lights went out and Omega appeared on-screen.

Kenny said Cole’s year-long run with the group may have been historic, but like all fairy tales it needed a hero and a villain. The lights then came on and Scurll was in the ring holding a Bullet Club umbrella. The Bucks proceeded to superkick Adam and leave him KO’ed.

Scurll hit Cole with the umbrella afterward and then held him up for the Bucks to kiss his cheeks.

In case you forgot, the group gave a similar treatment to its former leader A.J. Styles just before he left for WWE. Could this mean Cole is on his way out as well?

Hulk Hogan Wants To Join The Bullet Club

The Bullet Club is one of the hottest acts in wrestling at the moment, and it sounds like Hulk Hogan has heard they’re interested in his services — because the wrestling legend says he wants to join.

Hogan appeared at a signing this weekend for Frank and Sons in Southern California’s City of Industry and an attendee asked Hulkster point blank if he’d ever join the BC.

Never shy about getting a payday … Hulk responded, “I would love to be in The Bullet Club. I’d love to be the OG for The Bullet Club.” Adding, “Teach dem boys how to really get corrupt!”

Earlier this year The Elite took part in YouTube Q&A and said Hulk Hogan and CM Punk are the only wrestlers left that they would probably let into the group.

Kenny Omega Says He Will Not Be At The WWE Royal Rumble, He’s Re-Signing With NJPW

Kenny Omega appeared on Wrestling Observer Radio today and revealed that he is close to re-signing with New Japan Pro Wrestling for another year and will not be appearing at this Sunday’s WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view.

“I will not be at the Royal Rumble,” Omega said. “I don’t want people to have this false hope of me showing up in the Royal Rumble and then not being there and being disappointed when there’s a fantastic match happening with fantastic competitors. I don’t want the lack of me being in that to disappoint people.”

Omega noted that he hasn’t finalized terms for a new contract with New Japan, however he will be flying out to Japan in mid-February to re-negotiate and “it’s looking positive.” He admitted that while there’s a small chance that the deal could fall through, it’s looking like he will be staying with New Japan for one more year. He said that he still feels like there are things in Japan that are unfinished. He added that WWE’s roster is stacked and he feels like he can make more of an impact in New Japan rather than WWE.

Why The Young Bucks Have Changed Wrestling

Below is a very interesting video posted by WhatCulture Wrestling about how The Young Bucks have changed professional wrestling and became so successful without going through WWE.

Cody Rhodes On Joining Bullet Club, His Late Father and WWE vs Indies

Cody Rhodes recently did a interview with Rolling Stone.

The reasons behind his atypical renaissance are myriad, as were the motivations for walking away from WWE earlier this year. Over the course of a wide-ranging conversation, Rhodes offered self-reflection on his new and uncertain journey, how every night on the road is a path toward acceptance of his late father Dusty Rhodes’ passing and his refusal to indulge passé industry jargon. Oh, and that not-insignificant announcement that he’s the latest member of New Japan/Ring of Honor’s wrecking crew, Bullet Club.
