WWE NXT Super Tuesday II will air live tonight on the USA Network from the NXT Arena on the campus of Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL.

On this week’s ROH Week by Week the ROH Pure Championship bracket was revealed. First round matches start this weekend and will go for the next eight weeks. Tapings began last month in ROH with no live crowd in attendance.

Dak Draper is the Block A alternate, and Brian Johnson is the alternate for Block B. The winner of the tournament will become the first Pure Champion since 2006. Below are the rules for the matches:
* Every match begins and ends with the Code of Honor handshake.
* Each wrestler has three rope breaks to stop submission holds and pinfalls. After a wrestler exhausts his rope breaks, submission and pin attempts on or under the ropes by his opponent are legal.
* Closed-fist punches to the face are not permitted; only open-handed slaps or chops to the face are allowed. Punches to other parts of the body are permitted, excluding low blows. The first use of a closed fist will get a warning; the second will be a disqualification.
* As in standard ROH matches, there will be a 20-count when a wrestler is on the floor.
* Outside interference will result in automatic termination from the roster for the wrestler that interferes.
* There will be two blocks, single-elimination format.
* Round 1 matches have a 15-minute time limit.
* Block semifinals have a 20-minute time limit.
* Block finals have a 30-minute time limit.
* The tournament final has a one-hour time limit.
* There will be three judges for each match, and time-limit draws will go to a judges’ decision.
WWE has confirmed that Ivar of The Viking Raiders suffered an injury during last night’s RAW episode on the USA Network
As noted, Ivar hit a suicide dive on three members of The Hurt Business during the eight-man match that saw MVP, Cedric Alexander, Shelton Benjamin and WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley defeat Ivar, Erik, Ricochet and Apollo Crews. He immediately threw up the “X” symbol to call for help.
WWE issued a post-RAW announcement and confirmed that Ivar suffered a cervical injury while doing the dive. It was noted that he was taken to a local hospital and is expected to make a full recovery. For what it’s worth, PWInsider reported that word going at RAW was that Ivar likely suffered a stinger on the dive.

WWE addressed some of the rules related to the edict that was issued to talents last week, giving them 30 days to cease all activities with third party platforms. It was noted in the edict that repeat violations could lead to fines, suspension or termination. The edict led to a significant amount of criticism from fans, wrestlers and former Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang, and was covered by the mainstream media.
WWE officials have reportedly relaxed some of the vague rules mentioned in last week’s edict, according to Dave Meltzer of F4Wonline.com. The edict was addressed backstage at today’s RAW taping from the Amway Center in Orlando, FL.
It was clarified that talent will be able to maintain both Twitch and YouTube accounts, but they have to do so using their real names, not their WWE ring names. Talents were also told that they have to inform the company of their YouTube and Twitch accounts, even though they will be using their real names.
At yesterday’s meeting, nothing was reportedly made clear of exactly what will not be allowed on social media and other platforms, but the belief is that Cameo will not be allowed. The source noted to F4Wonlinr.com that this was still “super vague.”
For those who missed it, WWE issued the following statement on Saturday regarding talents having third party deals:
“Much like Disney and Warner Bros., WWE creates, promotes and invests in its intellectual property, i.e. the stage names of performers like The Fiend Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns, Big E and Braun Strowman. It is the control and exploitation of these characters that allows WWE to drive revenue, which in turn enables the company to compensate performers at the highest levels in the sports entertainment industry. Notwithstanding the contractual language, it is imperative for the success of our company to protect our greatest assets and establish partnerships with third parties on a companywide basis, rather than at the individual level, which as a result will provide more value for all involved.”

WWE Hall-of-Famer Kevin Nash has confirmed that he and his family recently recovered from COVID-19. Nash revealed the news through his Twitter account while responding to The Rock, who stated through a 11-minute Instagram video yesterday that he and his immediate family are currently recovering from COVID-19.
Nash went onto thank Rock for “making people realize” that COVID-19 is real, while detailing his experience with the virus.
“Welcome to the team. Very sorry you’re family is infected. I was tired for a while didn’t train for the 4th day. My wife still hasn’t got smell or tastes back. Son was asymptomatic. Pray you heal up quickly. Thank you for making people realize it’s real,” he wrote.
The Rock promptly responded to Nash, stating that he hasn’t got his tastes back either.
“Sorry to hear that brother. Not a team we want to be on for sure. You guys stay strong too (still haven’t got my tastes back either).”
In his Instagram video, Rock revealed that he and his family contracted the virus from close family friends that they “love and trust.” Rock, who has been in home quarantine for several months, encouraged people to wear masks, work on their immune systems, and commit to wellness.

The Phenomenal One, AJ Styles recently went live on Twitch and offered his well wishes for The Rock, as it was reported earlier that Rock and his family have been diagnosed with COVID 19. During the discussion, Styles revealed that he recently tested positive for the virus as well.
“A lot of people don’t know or realize, but I also tested positive a few weeks ago,” Styles said. “It may have been a month ago. I feel for people that have to deal with this, but my personal experience with it was I didn’t have any problems with it. Hopefully The Rock and his family are safe and everyone is taken care of and not having many symptoms. That sucks for him and his family and hopefully they get through it fairly quickly.”
“I went through it and was one of the lucky ones,” Styles continued. “I didn’t have many symptoms. Kind of had a headache and not much else. I was pretty lucky. I hear that Rock and his family are no longer contagious, so hopefully everyone is on the mend. So much conflicting information has came out about this thing, so who knows what to believe with it.”
Styles moved back to SmackDown after getting into a backstage altercation with Paul Heyman while on the RAW roster. The altercation stemmed from Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson being let go as part of the roster cuts. Styles was told it was Heyman’s decision to let them go, but Paul denied it when Styles confronted him. After Styles went directly to McMahon, Vince told him it was Heyman’s idea. The fact that Styles felt that Heyman lies to him caused quite a rift and AJ ultimately demanded to be sent to SmackDown to get away from him, but Heyman is now part of the SmackDown roster.
“It is what it is,” AJ said. “I could care less. It’s water under the bridge. Listen, I’m not saying I forgot what he’s done, but I’m not going to be the guy that holds a grudge. It’s one of those things where he knows he pissed me off and how I felt. Just because I don’t trust him doesn’t mean that I can’t get along with him professionally. I’m not going to do or say anything mean to him. It’s over. My buddies are doing fine. I was concerned about them when this whole thing went down, but they are doing great.”
