5 WWE Legends To Appear At Saturday Night’s Main Event (Report)

WWE is set to turn back the clock this weekend, as several iconic legends will make appearances at Saturday Night’s Main Event. According to a report from PWInsider, fans can look forward to seeing WWE Hall of Famers and legends like Jimmy Hart, Ted DiBiase Sr., Greg “The Hammer” Valentine, Koko B. Ware, and Tito Santana at the show.

While their exact roles for the event haven’t been confirmed as of this writing, their presence alone will undoubtedly add some nostalgia and excitement for longtime fans of the golden era of WWE. Whether they’ll appear in backstage segments, special in-ring spots, or simply to greet the crowd, having these legends around is always a treat.

In addition to these legendary appearances, it’s been confirmed that Jesse “The Body” Ventura will be taking over commentary duties for the show. Ventura, a legend in his own right both as a former wrestler and as a charismatic voice behind the mic, is sure to add some vintage flair to the broadcast.

Saturday Night’s Main Event has long been a staple for WWE, and this weekend’s show looks to honor that legacy with a star-studded mix of past and present. Whether you grew up with these legends or are just discovering their legacies, this is a can’t-miss event for WWE fans.

Don’t forget to tune in for what promises to be a memorable night!

Charlotte Flair’s WWE Return Imminent? “The Queen” Could Be Back Sooner Than You Think

It’s been a long year without “The Queen” in the WWE spotlight, but the wait for Charlotte Flair’s return might finally be over. Flair, a 14-time women’s world champion, has been sidelined since December 2023 after sustaining severe knee injuries—tearing her ACL, MCL, and meniscus—during a match against Asuka on WWE SmackDown. Initially given a nine-month recovery timeline, fans have been eagerly anticipating her comeback, especially after Charlotte posted a cryptic teaser on her X account last month.

Now, according to a promising update from WrestleVotes, Flair’s return could be happening sooner than expected:

“Sources indicate that Charlotte Flair’s return is imminent, with the possibility of it happening as soon as this weekend on NBC. We are told creative was tasked earlier this week with structuring the presentation of her return.”

This weekend’s Saturday Night’s Main Event on NBC seems like the perfect stage for such a monumental return. While the show hasn’t been overtly promoted as a nostalgia-driven event, there’s plenty of buzz surrounding the lineup and potential surprises.

Here’s what fans can look forward to:

  • Jesse “The Body” Ventura is set to return to the WWE commentary team for one night only.
  • The iconic winged-eagle WWE Championship design, famously carried by legends like Hulk Hogan and Bret Hart, has been teased as a possible return for Cody Rhodes.
  • The crowning of the first-ever Women’s United States Champion, with the tournament finalists being decided on this week’s SmackDown.
  • Major title matches, including defenses of the Women’s World Championship, the World Heavyweight Championship, and the Undisputed WWE Championship.

Charlotte Flair making her comeback during Saturday Night’s Main Event would add yet another layer of excitement to an already stacked night. Given the show’s legacy and Flair’s lineage, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Ric Flair accompany his daughter for her return, creating a special multi-generational moment.

As one of WWE’s biggest stars, Charlotte’s return is a game-changer for the women’s division. With WrestleMania season looming closer, her comeback could shake up championship plans and set the stage for blockbuster rivalries. Whether she appears this weekend or shortly after, the wrestling world is ready to welcome “The Queen” back to her throne.

Keep an eye on Saturday Night’s Main Event this weekend for what could be an unforgettable night in WWE history!

Toni Storm Returned To AEW On Dynamite ‘Winter Is Coming’

Toni Storm has returned to All Elite Wrestling.

On this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite ‘Winter Is Coming’, Storm made her return following the Mariah May’s successful AEW Women’s World title defense against Mina Shirakawa at the end of the show.

Storm’s classic music hit. She returned with her trademark baseball bat and black eye makeup, gone was the “Timeless” Tony Storm gimmick.

Thunder Rosa, who was sitting at ringside, was holding up a “WTF” sign and May locked eyes with the returning Storm, her glare speaking volumes as tension mounted. Storm struck a pose at the top of the ramp, making it clear that her intentions are far from subtle.

This dramatic return sets the stage for a major showdown in AEW’s women’s division. With Storm back in the mix, Mariah May’s reign could be in serious jeopardy. It’ll be interesting to see how Thunder Rosa, May, and the rest of the division respond to Toni Storm’s return.

Bronson Reed Set For Surgery Today

WWE Superstar Bronson Reed is headed for the operating table as he undergoes ankle surgery today, following the brutal injury he sustained at Survivor Series: WarGames.

Reed suffered the unfortunate setback during the premium live event when he delivered a massive splash off the top of the cage and through a table. While the high-risk move electrified fans, it came at a steep cost—Reed reportedly broke his foot in the process.

Reed Confirms Surgery and Timeline

Taking to X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday night, Reed kept things short and to the point, simply stating:
“Surgery tomorrow.”

While WWE has yet to confirm an official recovery timeline, reports indicate that the injury is severe enough to keep Reed sidelined well into next year. Sources suggest the powerhouse will miss action beyond WrestleMania 41 in April 2025, marking a significant blow to Reed’s momentum.
