The Young Bucks released a “cease and desist” shirt last week with “Too Sweet” censored on the front after WWE sent them a cease & desist letter for using the “Too Sweet” branding, which WWE trademarked in 2015. Dave Meltzer noted on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio that the shirt was the best selling shirt of September on Pro Wrestling Tees despite only being out for a few days.

WWE announced today that Michael Cole will miss Monday’s RAW for the second time in 20 years as he’s attending his son’s wedding. He will be replaced by Tom Phillips.

Tom Phillips to step in for Michael Cole this Monday on RawMichael Cole will miss this Monday’s Raw in Denver to attend his son’s wedding, WWE.com can confirm. Instead, the night’s action — including Seth Rollins vs. Braun Strowman and an Intercontinental Championship Match pitting Roman Reigns against The Miz — will be called by SmackDown LIVE’s Tom Phillips.
This marks only the second time in 20 years that Cole — considered “The Voice of WWE” — has missed a week of WWE television broadcasts.
Don’t miss Phillips and the rest of the Team Red broadcast team this Monday on Raw, kicking off at 8/7 C on USA Network!
WWE officials have made the decision to hold off on adding WCW Thunder and WWE Sunday Night Heat to the WWE Network, according to PWInsider. Regarding Thunder, the delay is likely due to ongoing legal issues with Buff Bagwell and Scott Levy (Raven) suing the company over royalties on WWE Network content. Thunder was said to be ready to go but they are adding new WCCW episodes instead. The WCCW additions will be promoted with an “Everything Bigger In Texas” theme. No word yet on the Heat delay but it was set to be added before the end of the year.

Marty Jannetty has released a statement saying he does NOT want to have sex with a girl he considers his daughter and claims a recent Facebook post that went viral was written by a hacker.
The post in question went viral earlier this month and showed Marty asking followers if they thought he should have sex with his “daughter” after recently finding out she wasn’t his biological child.
However, the ex-WWE star says he’s been the victim of a hacker and the whole post was bogus.

Several major newspapers in major cities in America(and countries, Canada, Australia & the UK, so far) have recently written articles on me about my daughter, suggesting we wanted to have sex together. My site was hacked or it came from a fake account, which Im constantly having Facebook remove them. (Had been hacked 7 times b4 since on FB) All the newspapers other than the NY Post(I think thats the one)(its definitely a top NY paper though) have written the article AS FACT. The NY Post did say at the end of the article that they didnt know if the story was true or hacked. BUT, they wrote it anyway. This morning I found a big piece of evidence where this came from.
I always tell my people on Facebook about losing my phones which happens a lot(Dude, where’s my phone) Well heres how I know a recent one was stolen and not lost. I got up this morning and saw my phone had 8 FB messages that came in from 4:30am when I went to bed and 8:30am when I woke up. I checked into them and they were all people asking why I looked so sad. There was a pic sent to many people in my FB messenger of me>>looking horrible!!! IT TOLD ON THE CULPRIT! The picture is of me close up and wearing my reading glasses and looking tired as can be(which I was) BUT, that pic came while I was setting up Skype and didnt mean to take a selfie, evidently I touched a wrong place.
But I saved that pic to THAT PHONE to occasionally look and remind myself Im getting real old. Point being, it was saved to that STOLEN phone. Not FB, not my laptop, tablet or computer. JUST THAT PHONE. AndI always leave my FB open on my phone so that person was able to go all through my FB account. That person must hate me. Why else would they do that crap to me? My biggest disappointment is no one(that saw it) caught on that it was obviously fake and at least ASKED me about it rather than take it as true. EXCEPT, for a few on my fan page. Thats how I originally found out about it.
Its a 6 weeks old thing that I was keeping quiet about so as not to harm the investigation. BUT recently,for some odd reason, newspapers are suddenly reporting on it.(we know why) But NOW you all know the REAL on this. Sorry Bianca AND Wendy that y’all are getting dragged into my messes. I love yall, this will be fixed!!

Former WWE Superstar Marty Jannetty has received some attention over the last month due to a Facebook post he made asking if it was OK to have sex with his “daughter” after discovering she was not his biological child. The controversy was covered by The New York Post earlier today.
The post has since been deleted but Jannetty wrote, “If you loves me as much as I loves you, you will give your opinion,,just did DNA (2 weeks ago)..she’s NOT my daughter..we both held out of sex because you don’t do that..but now that we ain’t???? From a guys side.. SHES F****N HOTT..but..she’s been daughter.. I want to too, but can’t get past that..”
Jannetty didn’t learn of Bianca’s existence until 2014 after she made contact with him. He promised then to turn his life around but it appears he is still up to some of his old ways.

There has been Twitter exchanges between Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson and WWE Hall of Famers The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express this week. The RAW tag team issued a challenge to Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson for a match at the November 25th WWE Starrcade live event in Greensboro, North Carolina from the Greensboro Coliseum.
Morton & Gibson were previously advertised to appear at the show. PWInsider now reports that the match is scheduled to happen. WWE has not confirmed the match but they have re-tweeted the comments between the two teams.
There’s been a lot of speculation on the Starrcade event airing on the WWE Network but word as of today is that the show will just be a “jazzed up” non-televised live event. Tickets for the show go on sale this Friday at 10am EST via Ticketmaster.
WWE announced today that Tyler Breeze & Fandango vs. Mike Kanellis (with Maria Kanellis) & Aiden English will also take place at the event.

WWE sent a cease and desist letter to The Young Bucks (Nick and Matt Jackson) this week claiming the Bucks were using intellectual property owned by the company, in specific the “too sweet” hand gesture. The letter threatend damages in the range of $150,000 per item, any profits made off the items and legal fees.
According to a report by The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, any merchandise with references to the term “too sweet” that the Bucks were selling through their own website (YoungBucksMerch.com) and ProWrestlingTees.com has now been in removed in response. It should be noted that Bullet Club shirts being sold at Hot Topic stores nationwide did not have any reference or drawings in question by WWE, which have sold an estimated 100,000 t-shirts the last three months according to Nick Jackson.
WWE first registered ownership of the former “too sweet” hand gesture in 2015, something the Bucks responded to at the time. While it had a rich history in the early days of the nWo in WCW, WWE hadn’t used it for many years and it had a rebirth in New Japan Pro Wrestling with the formation of The Bullet Club during Finn Balor’s time with the promotion. The Young Bucks began marketing it in 2013. Getting into a legal battle with WWE right now over the trademarks was described in the report as being very costly.
WWE sent the letter after video was taken of The Bullet Club “invading” the RAW taping this past Monday in Ontario and put it online later that day as part of the “Being The Elite” YouTube series. The group promoted a last minute appearance at a Hot Topic store close to the arena and then gathered fans to walk over to do a remake of the DX invasion of WCW back in 1998. WWE sent the letter the following day claiming intellectual property violations over any references to “too sweet” including DVD releases, t-shirts, photos and other merchandise being sold.
