Breaking News from RAW: AJ Lee Out As RAW GM

After meeting with the WWE Board of Directors for several hours today, GM AJ Lee has resigned. AJ mentioned that she grew up just 15 minutes from the arena in New Jersey and thanked the fans for accepting her. Vickie Guerrero has been appointed “Managing Supervisor” of RAW  and the GM position is not being filled.

The was talk of AJ being guilty of fraternization and a possible affair.

Could AJ have been set up??? Paul Heyman smells bad on this – Vickie Guerrero comes out with a new job – and Eve was caught talking smack.

DTRT Wrestling Flashbacks: WWE (F) Sunny Gets Slopped

Many of you know that Sunny was recently checked in to a rehab facility with the help of  the WWE. We thought we would share some of Sunny in better times for her (well, if you consider getting slopped better). Our prayers go out to Sunny that she will overcome these demons, and props to the WWE for taking care of someone who helped them get to where they are today.

The June 29, 1996 episode of Superstars included Jim Ross conducting an in-ring interview with Sunny. She claimed that the Sunny everyone knew from TV and the magazines was not really her and she was ashamed of her recent actions regarding Phineas Godwinn.

TNA Recap: October 18 2012

Aces & 8s arrived on their motorcycles, They made their way to the ring, camera goes to the big screen where the main guy thanks the newest patched in member Devon. Devon made his way to the ring. Devon told the crowd to shut up. He said these men have had his back since day one. Devon said Aces & 8s will destroy TNA. He told Bully Ray that he didn’t forget that he put his son through a table. Bully made his way toward the ring, Sting & others also came out, Sting said he wanted to introduce the TNA roster & they ran into the ring & a brawl broke out. Hulk Hogan then made his way to ring with a bat in hand. Hogan & the TNA guys where in the ring, Hogan said because that Aces & 8s now have full access they have to fight. Sting said he wants Devon tonight, Hogan said Devon either fights Sting or he is out for good, Devon agreed to the match.

Hogan was talking to Mr. Anderson in his office, Hogan gave Anderson one of the spots in next weeks deliberation for the TNA World Title that Jeff Hardy will defend, & said James Storm also has a spot. Joseph Park came in, Hogan asked if he was o.k.. Park said he needed to talk to Hogan in private.

Television Championship Match: Television Champ Samoa Joe vs Robbie E., Samoa Joe wins by submission with the rear naked choke. Robbie T. ran into ring & Samoa Joe puts him in the rear naked choke.

Tara & her Hollywood boyfriend Jesse from Big Brother was doing a photo shoot.

Tara vs ODB, ODB wins.

Kid Kash & Gunner vs New TAG Team Champions Chavo Guerrero Jr. & Hernandez, Chavo & Hernandez wins.

Back in Hogan’s office Joseph Park was talking to Hogan & Sting, Park said he wants Aces & 8s. Bully Ray wants Hogan to replace Sting with him in the match against Devon, Hogan said Bully has one of the spots for next weeks title shot deliberations & he should worry about that & this is Sting’s time. Bully said Hogan should start trusting him more.

New TNA World Champion came out to the ring with a custom Championship belt, confetti rained down. Hardy thanked the creatures for bieng with him through thick & thin. Hardy said he can’t wait to defend the title next week. Austin Aries interrupted & made his way to the ring with balloons & a tray of cookies. Hardy slapped away the cookies. Aries said he will invoke his rematch clause but will first let Hardy crumble under the pressure. Aries asked to see Hardy’s custom title belt, Aries then spit on it. Hardy hits him & goes for the Twist of Fate but Aries escapes.

Triple Threat Match for a spot in next weeks deliberation for World Title shot:  AJ Styles vs Christopher Daniels vs Kurt Angle, Angle wins. After the match Angle offered a hand shake to AJ but AJ refused & walked away.

Joey Ryan with Matt Morgan approached Hogan in the back. Ryan introduced himself, Hogan said he was a fan. Hogan asked Morgan what’s up with the run-ins. Hogan said he fought for Morgan but they say Morgan has no charisma. Morgan said he is going to take everything they’ve been saying about him & shove up Hogans butt. Morgan slapped the wall beside Hogans head, & walked away. Hogan grinned & laughed.

“Cowboy” James Storm came to the ring. He talked about his brutal street fight with Bobby Roode at Bound For Glory. He said now he wants to win back the TNA World title. Bobby Roode interrupts Roode said  he was the backbone of Beer Money & will always be the better man. Storm hit Roode with the Last Call super kick.

Aces & 8s member Devon vs Sting, Aces & 8s interfered & jumped Sting. Sting wins by DQ. TNA locker roomed emptied & a brawl in the ring broke out. Bully Ray rushed to the ring with a bat & Aces & 8s retreated with Bully giving chase.

WWE Helps Former Diva “Sunny” Get Treatment

We noted yesterday that WWE Hall of Famer Sunny returned to rehab yesterday for a longer stay than in the past. Sunny was dropped off at the facility by WWE representatives and WWE is paying for the treatment. Sunny released a written statement to local media:
“I am determined to overcome these past difficulties and put this situation behind me. I am a strong person and I am determined to overcome any obstacles that may stand in my way and I am only thinking about moving forward and achieving success.”

Raw Recap: October 15 2012 – Feed me Punk

Big Show came out to the ring, he talked about the debate from 2 weeks ago, & said Booker T & Sheamus just want to make him look foolish. Big Show said he is going to K.O. Sheamus at Hell In A Cell. Big Show called out Daniel Bryan for a match, He said he wanted to make everybody forget about the 45 second Title reign. Bryan, Kane, R-Truth, Zack Ryder & others are watching backstage, Bryan said he is not going out there. AJ Lee appeared & said Big Show had a good idea & told Bryan to get out there. Kane laughed at Bryan , Bryan said no, but goes out to ring anyway.

Big Show vs Daniel Bryan, Big Show wins. Kane came out to ring laughing at Bryan, Big Show goes for K.O. punch on Bryan but Kane stepped in the way. Big Show exited the ring.

Paul Heyman is in the ring, he introduced CM Punk, Punk talked about how he put a beating on Mr. McMahon last week. Punk was going to reveal his decision for Hell In A Cell, but said he is going to take more time to think about it. Mr. McMahon came out & said Punk just blew it & that now he will decide for Punk. McMahon said he will announce his decision latter at a contract signing.

McMahon in his office with Ryback, McMahon ask Ryback if he realizes what people are saying about him that he is heartless & cold blooded & unstoppable. Ryback said to McMahon “feed me Punk”.

The Tag Team #1 contender match was suppose to be next but Rey Mysterio is out sick. The match will take place next week.

Rhodes Scholars vs Primo & Epico, Rhodes Scholars win.

The Miz vs Kofi Kingston, Kofi wins.

Alberto Del Rio vs Brodus Clay, Del Rio wins.

Punk & Heyman were talking backstage, Punk said he wants to fight McMahon again & told Heyman to go tell McMahon.

Santino Marella & Zack Ryder vs The Prime Time Players, The Prime Time Players win. After the match Heath Slater, Drew McIntyre & Jinder Mahal run out to ring & toss Santino out & beat down on Ryder & then toss him & announce they are called 3MB.

Dolph Ziggler along with Vickie Guerrero came out & complained about Ryback being up for a title shot & that he deserves a WWE Title match. David Otunga came out & said he agrees about Ryback but Ziggler doesn’t deserve a title shot either & that it’s time he gets a title shot. AJ came out & made a match, Ziggler & Otunga vs Ryback. Ryback made his way to the ring.

Ryback vs Ziggler & Otunga, during the match Ziggler walked out & left Otunga all by himself, Ryback wins.

Heyman found McMahon backstage, & told him about Punk wanting a rematch & if Punk wins he gets to decide his opponent, McMahon agreed but the match wouldn’t be with Punk but with Heyman. Heyman said no.

AJ is walking backstage & Matt Striker came up to AJ & brought up Kane & Bryan attacking him on Smackdown & that he wants an apology. AJ laughed & said told Striker he could ask for an apology after his match with Kane.

United States Champion Antonio Cesaro said that he doesn’t need the United States, the United States needs him.

Antonio Cesaro vs Justin Gabriel, Cesaro wins.

Kane vs Matt Striker, Striker tried to talk Kane out of the match, Kane hugged Striker then hugged him some more then turned it into a bear hug & then Choked slammed him, Kane wins.

Miz TV with guest Kofi Kingston, The Miz said Kofi will only be remembered for saying Boom Boom Boom & will always be a B player. Kofi said he will beat The Miz for the Intercontinental Title Wednesday on the Main Event & challenged The Miz to a match for tonight on Raw. The Miz accepted.

Sheamus vs Wade Barrett, Big Show came out & watched from the stage, Big Show interfered & Sheamus won by DQ. Sheamus Brogue kicked Barrett & clothesline Big Show over the ropes & out of the ring.

John Cena walked into McMahon’s office & told McMahon that he belongs out there & if he chooses him he will do what he does.

Divas Championship Match: Divas Champion Eve vs Layla, Eve wins but Layla’s foot was on the ropes.

Kane & Daniel Bryan backstage talking. Bryan wants Kane to fight Big Show next week.

McMahon in his office with Ryback, MCMahon asked Ryback if he realizes what people are saying about him, that he is heartless, Cold blooded & unstoppable. Ryback said “feed me Punk”

Tag Team #1 contender match that was suppose to happen wont be until next week because Rey Mysterio is out sick.

Rhodes Scholars vs Primo & Epico. Rhodes Scholars win.

The Miz vs Kofi Kingston, Kofi wins.

WWE Championship Hell In A Cell Match contract signing. Punk called McMahon an ego maniac. Punk signed the contract. Punk continued on but Cena cut him off & told hom to shut up. Cena said he doesn’t know if Ryback even cares about the WWE Title or does all he wants to do is beat people up. Cena said right now Punk needs his a** whipped & lead the crowd in chanting “feed me more”. Ryback signed the contract. Ryback & Punk had words over the table & Ryback slammed Punk into the table & picked him up & laid Punk out with the Shell Shock. It will be CM Punk vs Ryback in Hell In A Cell for the WWE Championship.

 

Breaking WWE News: It’s Punk vs Ryback At Hell in a Cell

After John Cena gracefully bowed out of consideration for the match against CM Punk at Hell in a Cell, The Boss, Mr. McMahon had no choice but to put in Ryback vs Punk. More tomorrow when our writer John Bass gives his Raw Update.
