Dixie Carter recently held a meeting with employees at TNA’s Nashville offices. Dixie asked about why the moral was low & a lot of it had to do with the recent cutbacks. “Big” John Guburick has been doing a lot of creative work lately & although he had worked for WWE, he never worked in creative there. So there is a feeling that Guburick is in over his head.
At the same meeting, Dixie wondered why TNA didn’t have a presence at WWE’s WrestleMania XXX weekend. A source observed that Dixie is always talking about what they should have done, instead of what they should do. There’s a feeling that TNA needs someone to push open doors & make things happen, but right now that’s not being done. There’s a feeling that TNA is just there & doesn’t have much momentum.
There was concern when Janice Carter & Panda Energy lawyer Creede Williams came to Nashville for meeting with Dixie over the past few weeks. Janice & Panda officials usually stay in Texas, so their trip to Nashville had people talking.
There is a lot of people in TNA that are worried that TNA’s deal with Spike TV won’t be renewed this year, because the last it was renewed it was done at around this time, well before it expires in October.
Eric Young’s World Heavyweight Title win was kept a secret. In Regards to talk of EY’s win being a rip off of Daniel Bryan’s win in WWE, word from within TNA is that EY’s title was done because it was the last live episode of Impact for a few weeks & officials really wanted to surprise a lot of people.
Bill Behrens of SBIBookings.com is now taking bookings for Christopher Daniels & Kazarian. Chris Sabin is also taking independent bookings. Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that all of their contracts are expiring soon. Daniels at the end of the month, Sabin in a few weeks & Kazarian at sometime in May. They are all expected to be done with TNA.
New TNA World Heavyweight Champion Eric Young came to the ring. EY said this belt represents a lifetime of hard work. Fans chanted you deserve it. EY said he won the belt for himself but will be a champion for the fans. EY said this is his way of paying back the fans for their 10 years of support. EY said the time of paper champion is over, things are going to change around here, we’re going to have fun, going to do it our way, he’s going to defend the title whenever, however, anyway the fans see fit. EY said this is going to be a party. Dixie Carter interrupted & came to the ring. Dixie said she is the one responsible for EY being champion & she has always seen the potential in him. Dixie brought up the don’t fire EY movement 8 years ago & said she allowed him to stay. Dixie grabbed his beard & said she invented the beard & she should be receiving royalty checks from those who are ripping her off ( obviously referring to WWE & Daniel Bryan). EY told her that he thought Bully Ray packed her up & sent her back to Nashville. EY called her toots & said MVP is in charge, we don’t need her. Dixie said MVP is in charge for now but she promises that she will fix that. Dixie said EY as champion represents her because she is President of this company. Dixie said EY is the hood ornament for her 2014 Ferrari & he will go wherever she takes TNA & he’ll be riding right along with her. EY said he hopes she has puke bags because being around her that much will make him sick. Dixie said EY is disrespecting her belt & her company. Dixie said EY will put her in high regard. EY said he is going to do to her what he does to crap, flush it. Dixie said EY will honor & obey her. EY said he doesn’t honor & obey anyone, he’s his own man, if she is interested in a paper champion she is looking in the wrong place. EY said he is going to get the General Lee & run her over with her paper champion & stupid little European car. Dixie said EY needs to be relevant, a man of style, class, high fashion, a man of the world & it will start tonight when she gives him a makeover. Dixie said if he says no, then she will have to start with that loud mouthed, hard drinking, hard worn little woman of his. EY said she is going to get one warning from him. Dixie asked if that was a threat. Bully Ray came to the ring & asked who is sick of hearing Dixie talk. Billy said he isn’t her to steal EY’s spotlight, he’s here to take out the trash. Bully said EY is a role model for every wrestler who has been held down by a loser boss like Dixie. Bully said Dixie should be proud of EY for working all the way up from the bottom to become a World Heavyweight Champion. Dixie mentioned that Bully made a deal with her & took her money & double-crossed her at Lockdown. Bully said he did take her money & spent it at a strip club. Bully said Dixie doesn’t want to piss him off & mentioned that last week they were in the ring with a table & she knows what happens to people like her when there’s tables in the ring. Bully said this is EY moment & time & led the fans in singing “Na, Na, Na, Na, Hey, Hey, Hey Goodbye.” Dixie left the ring. Bully said EY is a World Champion to be proud of. Bully said he respects & likes EY. Bully started a EY chant.
Knockouts Street Fight: Velvet Sky VS Madison Rayne: Angelina Love was out with Velvet. Angelina got involved in the match but Madison overcame & got the win. Winner – Madison
Eric Young talked to Bully Ray in the back. Bully said he is going to go spend more of Dixie’s money. Abyss came up & challenged EY to a Title match. EY accepted & made it a Monster’s Ball match.
EC3 & Rockstar Spud in the back. EC3 asked Spud if he is scared of Willow. EC3 gave Spud a peep talk & said Spud is going to end the career of Willow tonight.
MVP in the ring, he talked about Eric Young winning the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. MVP said he was perturbed when Samoa Joe called TNA offices & said he wouldn’t be available last week. MVP said Joe could have called him personally or texted him & Joe hasn’t returned any of his calls. MVP said Joe was disgruntled. MVP wants to talk to Joe face to face. Austin Aries came out & said that he is the most disgruntled to ever live. Aries was upset about being on the sidelines since Lockdown. Aries mention MVP’s MVP principle. Aries said sitting at home has lit a fire under his ass, not once has MVP validated his value to this company & mentioned that he was left out of the 10-Man Gauntlet last week. Aries said he came out her to participate & get some answers. MVP talked about giving Aries a opportunity to be on his team at Lockdown but Aries used the opportunity to screw him over. Aries asked if that’s why he has been sidelined. MVP said it’s not about them, it’s about the fans. MVP said he is prepared to give Aries some participation & took of his jacket, Aries took of shirt, they got nose to nose. MVP said lets do this. Aries said no, they will do it next week, he’s not going to throw fist with a convicted felon but next week he will out wrestle MVP & show him that he is the greatest man to ever live.
TNA Tag Team Championship Match: The Wolves VS Tag Champs The BroMans: The Wolves had The BroMans beat but DJ Z came in & hit Eddie Edwards with a laptop to cause a DQ. Winners – The Wolves by DQ. The BroMans are still champions.
Willow in the back, talked about his handicap match against EC3 & Spud.
2-On-1 Handicap Match: Ethan Carter III & Rockstar Spud VS Willow: Winner – Willow. After the match, EC3 attacked Willow. Kurt Angle came down & hit EC3 with a German Suplex. EC3 bailed.
Kurt Angle in the ring. Angle said he is back. Angle said EC3 didn’t end his career, his career will end when he says it does. Angle mentioned that he won a Gold medal with a broken neck. Angle said very soon EC3 is going to be in the ring with him & EC3 will realize why they call him the Cyborg, he’s a devastation machine capable of breaking his arm, leg, ankle & he is not going to do it right away, he is going to take his time & make EC3 squeal, EC3 is going to tap out in his head before his body does. Angle said this fight will not end until they take EC3 out of the ring, not on a stretcher but in a body bag. “Oh, it’s real, it’s damn real.”
In the back, Bobby Roode said, Bully Ray took away his opportunity to become owner of TNA at Lockdown so he took away something from Bully, the tables. Roode said he is going to put Bully through another table at Sacrifice. Roode talked about his Open Challenge tables match for tonight.

Bully Ray in the back talking to someone about Bobby Roode’s Open Challenge. Bully told the person that he was the best guy for the job & to be sure to put Roode through a table.
Bobby Roode’s Open Challenge Tables Match: Bobby Roode VS Gunner: James Storm came out & interfered. Roode put Gunner through a table. Winner – Roode. After the match, Storm was setting up for a Last Call Superkick but Bully Ray came down for the save. Storm & Roode bailed.

Dixie accused Spud of being ready to sell her down the river as soon as he thought he worked for MVP. Spud said it’s not true. Dixie told him to clean up this mess & left the room. There was a knock at the door. Spud opened the door & Willow came in & started trashing the place.

MVP said what are you going to do fire me. Dixie said she will as soon as she clears up the mess he made for her with the Board. Dixie said she came here to take care of a disgruntled wrestler. Dixie invited MVP to watch her chew this guy up & spit him out because she is going to do the same to him. MVP said he will bring the popcorn.
In MVP office. Jesse of The BroMans along with DJ Z & The Wolves. The BroMans can’t defend the tag titles tonight because Robbie E isn’t here because his flight was canceled. MVP said Robbie has until bell time to get here or Jesse & DJ Z will defend the tag titles against The Wolves.
Magnus in the back, he said Eric Young made a mistake.
Dixie Carter came to the ring & called out Bully Ray. Bully said he is shocked that Dixie is here because last time she didn’t show up. Dixie said Bully is dumb for getting conned to come to her offices & for Bobby Roode to take him out. Dixie mentioned last week Roode putting the master of the tables through not 1, not 2, but 3 tables & that Bully has never been put though 3 tables in one night before. Bully said Dixie & Roode didn’t get the job done because he is still standing here. Dixie asked Bully why he doubled-crossed her at Lockdown. Dixie said Bull humiliated her & cost her control of wrestling operations in her company. Bully said it’s not her company, it’s the fans company. Bully said this company is for all the fans around the world & for every wrestler in the back. Dixie said Bully is no better than her. Bully said whether the fans or wrestlers like him or hate him they respect him. Dixie said they respect her too. Dixie said she built this company with her money. Dixie said she paid Bully a lot of money to do a job that he didn’t do & she wants her money back. Bully said he Dixie shouldn’t trust anybody. Bully said he spent the money on a car & most of it at a caberet in New York City. Bully started to ask her do you know who I am, but Dixie knocked the mic out of his hand. Dixie asked Bully if he knows who she is. she said is still the President of this company, still in control of the checks & is still his boss. Dixie slapped Bully across the face. Roode attacked Bully from behind. Dixie told Roode to get a table. Roode got a table & set it up in the ring. Bully hit Roode with some punches & went to powerbomb Roode through the table but Roode escaped & left the ring. Bully stared at Dixie & thought about putting her through the table.
Magnus confronted Dixie in the back about not taking time to say hi to him. Dixie said she is here on business that doesn’t pertain to him. Magnus said he is the World Champion, everything pertains to him, he is her business. He wanted her to wish him luck in his title match. She said he doesn’t need luck, he has a plan. Dixie said she plans on taking her limo to the airport & having a glass of wine on the way & may have one or two more on the plane & is going home & shower & go to bed. Magnus said typical woman. Dixie said Magnus is ungrateful & mentioned that he told EC3 that he didn’t need her anymore because he has an insurance policy. Dixie told Magnus good luck with his plan tonight on his own. Dixie said see you champ & left. Magnus said ” I don’t need you anyway, Wrath of Dixie my ass.”
TNA Tag Team Championship Match: The Wolves VS Tag Champs The BroMans ( Jesse & DJ Z – Robbie E wasn’t there): Robbie showed up & interfered & got The BroMans disqualified. Winners – The Wolves by DQ: The BroMans still the champions.

Anderson stood behind Shaw. Christy told Shaw to turn around. He turned around & Christy told him to open his eyes. Anderson hit Shaw with a Mic Check. Anderson told Shaw that the commitment Christy was talking about was his commitment to the funny farm. Anderson tossed Shaw out of the ring & dragged him to the back. Anderson tossed Shaw into the van but before Anderson could close the doors, Shaw escaped & ran off.
Willow in the back, he said, maybe he’s crazy subtract maybe. Willow mentioned EC3 & Rockstar Spud being the cause of his elimination earlier. Willow said he doesn’t care about winning, he cares for revenge. Willow challenged EC3 & Spud to a handicap match next week.

The ref took it from him & Magnus hit EY with a low blow when the ref was handing the belt out of the ring. EY kicked out of the pin attempt. EY hit Magnus with a Piledriver & got the pin. Roode & EC3 got the win. After the match, Roode put Bully through another table with a Roode Bomb. Roode & EC3 placed Bully on a table & Roode hit Bully with a splash off the top rope sending Bully through the table.
Kenny King arrived in a golf cart & was told he doesn’t have a match scheduled for tonight.
Magnus arrived & was asked where Abyss was. Magnus said he & Abyss have never been more on the same page.
In the back MVP talked about what’s on tonight’s show. Kenny King came in & MVP told him that he was busy & he would catch up with him later.
Straight Jacket Match: Mr. Anderson VS Samuel Shaw: Anderson called Shaw a creepy bastard. Shaw said he is not a creepy bastard. Shaw said he creates art with his precious hands. Shaw said Anderson is ordinary & the worst crime is to be ordinary. Shaw said Christy Hemme loves him. Anderson hit Shaw & the match got under way. Shaw choked out Anderson & placed the straight jacket on Anderson. Shaw got the win.
The Beautiful People in the back talked about their match with Madison Rayne & whoever she chooses as her partner.

Sanada & Tigre Uno came out for their X-Division championship match but before the match could start Kenny King interrupted & came down to the ring. King talked about how he is the X-Division. MVP came down & said King is acting crazy interrupting his show. King said it can’t be MVP’s show because MVP isn’t the biggest star in the ring & that he is. King said he should be main eventing Impact. MVP said the show is all booked up. King wants a exhibition match with MVP to show him what he’s got. MVP said no. King bumped MVP as he was leaving the ring. King asked MVP once again for the match. MVP said it will be an exhibition match if he doesn’t whip King’s ass.
X-Division Championship Best-Of-3 Series: Match 1: Tigre Uno VS X-Division Champ Sanada: Sanada got the win. Sanada leads 1-0.
In the back, Magnus said he is about to show us Abyss like we never seen him before.
Brittany approached Magnus Rayne in the locker room. Brittany wants to be Madison’s partner against The Beautiful People. Madison said she can’t put her in that situation against them. Brittany said she needs that opportunity. Madison decided to let Brittany be her partner.
Magnus came to the ring & called out Abyss, calling him a handsome devil. Abyss came out wearing a suit. Magnus said Abyss looks like a winner because he is associated with a winner. Magnus talked to Abyss about the 4-Way World Title match. Magnus said him & Abyss aren’t going to square off because they are a team, best buds. Magnus mentioned to Abyss the name of James Mitchell & Eric Young. Magnus said he is different, he’s a Brit & British people have a hard time expressing their emotions. Magnus told Abyss he loves him & hugged him. As they were heading up the isle, EY attacked Abyss. Magnus Abyss brought EY to the ring & beat him down. Samoa Joe came down & cleared Magnus & Abyss from the ring. EY told Joe that he doesn’t need his help & to stay out of his business.
MVP talking to The Wolves in the back. Robbie E came in with a TNA trainer & a letter for MVP saying the Tag Team Title match isn’t happening because Jesse got injured while he was working out.

Exhibition Match: Kenny King VS MVP: The ref had to call for the bell because they would break. 2 other refs came out to pull them apart. No Contest.
Magnus talked to EC3 in the back, he was nice- sucking up to EC3. Magnus asked EC3 if he has his back tonight. EC3 said he doesn’t know why Magnus needs him because he has “The Monster” Abyss in his pocket. EC3 said Magnus is afraid that Abyss might take the championship from him. Magnus asked yes or no if EC3 has got his back. EC3 said whose to say & wished Magnus good luck.
In the back Kenny King was talking about his match he just had with MVP. MVP attacked King. The Wolves broke it up.
TNA World Heavyweight Championship 4-Way Match: Samoa Joe VS Eric Young VS Abyss VS World Champ Magnus: Abyss hit EY with a Black Hole Slam & thought about pinning him. Magnus told Abyss not to pin EY. Abyss did what Magnus wanted. Magnus hit EY with a elbow drop from the tope rope. Magnus got the win to retain the Title.
