Kevin Owens came out and challenged Sami Zayn to a fight right now. William Regal came out and said Owens will not use NXT to further his own agenda. Owens said he doesn’t care what Regal has to say and wants to fight Zayn. Zayn came out but Regal doesn’t want them to fight now. Regal set a NXT Championship match Owens VS Zayn for NXT Takeover. Owens doesn’t think Zayn deserves it but Zatn goads him into it.
Sami Zayn is backstage signing the contract. Alex Riley came in and says he wants another crack at Kevin Owens. Regal said no. Zayn tried to talk to Riley but got cut off. Zayn said he will face Riley if he wants a match.

Bayley being interviewed backstage, said she can’t find her shirt and headbands and leaves. Emma appears and has them.
Dana Brooke def. Bayley: During the match, Emma came out wearing Bayley’s gear. Dana Brooke took advantage of the distraction and hit the Cradle Shock for the win.

Kevin Owens def. Alex Riley: After the match, Owens continued his attack on Riley, Sami Zayn makes the save. Zayn and Owens brawl, Zayn hits a big dive on Owens and 6 security guards.

According to the Wrestler Observer Newsletter, WWE has offered Mexican wrestler Laredo Kid a deal. Now, he has to pass WWE’s medical testing. If he passes he will head down to Florida to start training at NXT in June.

On the April 15 edition of NXT we saw the debut of the #TotalDiva Dana Brooke. In her debut match she took on Blue Pants.
Despite getting “you can’t wrestle” chants form the NXT crowd she dominated the match and picked up the win. I for one was impressed and I saw something special in her from the moment her music hit. With Dana Brooke being a former fitness competitor I think it’s smart on WWE’s part that they may be using her as a “powerhouse” diva with a sexual side. If they do this she can appeal to tons of fans. Sure the crowd may have not reacted to her well on her first appearance but I feel with more training and matches she’ll win everyone over. It may be to early saying this but I think Dana Brooke is going to be a force to be reckon with and a future champion.
