Former WWE Ring Announcer Reportedly Signing With TNA To Wrestle

After parting ways with WWE earlier this year, Brandi Rhodes (f/k/a Eden), is reportedly joining TNA. Brandi is the wife of Cody Rhodes, who is reported to be competing for TNA sometime soon.

According to TMZ Sports, the former WWE ring announcer has signed a deal to wrestle for the promotion’s Knockouts division. No word yet on when she will be making herImpact Wrestling debut.

Brandi has been training at a wrestling school in Texas and even got physical with Crazy Mary Dobson at an independent show last week.

WWE Confirms Eden’s Departure

Eden (Brandi Rhodes) revealed on Twitter that she has been offered work elsewhere and has agreed to part ways with WWE after tonight’s TV tapings in Norfolk, VA. This comes after husband Cody Rhodes was granted his release this week.

WWE confirmed the departure with this announcement:

Eden releasedWWE has granted Eden (wife of Cody Rhodes) her request to be released, as of today, May 24, 2016. WWE wishes Eden the best in all her future endeavors.
