There is said to be a definite concern within TNA over Jeff Jarrett’s Global Force Wrestling. At Dixie Carter’s Nashville meetings with employees, she brought up how Jarrett was in New Orleans during WWE’s WrestleMania weekend & had people talking.

GFW is starting to get attention within TNA as a number of people who were highly regarded when they worked for TNA are now working with Jarrett. Among those working for Jarrett are NASCAR’s Hermie Sadler & Chris Thomas, who did what was considered amazing PR work for TNA.

TNA announced that they have accepted Jeff Jarrett’s resignation from the company effective January 6th. TNA President Dixie Carter commented, “On behalf of TNA, we would like to thank Jeff for his contributions to the company. We wish him the very best & look forward to his continued participation as an investor in TNA Wrestling.”

Dixie Carter Comments On TNA Impact Moving Back To Orlando

The Orlando Sentinal has an article about TNA moving back to Universal Studios in Orlando, Fl. A Universal spokesman said they were excited that TNA was returning to the theme park & called it a “perfect fit for our production business.”

In a release TNA noted that while they will be moving the bulk of their TV tapings back to Orlando, they will still tape some shows in different cities.

TNA President Dixie Carter said “In making Orlando’s Universal Studios our programming hub, we have the powerful combination of state-of-the art production facilities & incredible soundstages that will make it easier for us to launch this new production-intensive initiative. We will also be working with Universal to develop new & creative ways for park guest & fans from around the world to experience a unique TNA attraction.”

Hardcore Justice Match Postponed

Dixie Carter announced that Aces & Eights vs Main Event Mafia match for Thursday’s Hardcore Justice has been postponed until August 22 on Impact Wrestling. She said it was due to circumstances beyond our control.
