TNA Wrestling has posted another mysterious video that was “sent” to them by an individual who will reveal his identity this Thursday on Impact Wrestling. The guesses keeping coming but the person says there is one person he definitely is not, and that is former WWE star Dave Batista.
He says that he has “put wrestlers on the map” and that he is not currently signed with TNA wrestling.

Impact Wrestling received the following video via messenger. The envelope was marked with #August1Warning and the subject matter of the video deals with this Thursday’s Impact Wrestling Live Spike TV event in Wichita Falls, TX. We do not endorse its content but have been advised to present it “as is”. We will have more information on this story as it becomes available.
This match was definitely PPV quality.
The Main Event Mafia came to the ring. Sting talked about how last week Chris Sabin beat Bully Ray for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Sting said Aces & Eights this war we got going on I got to say Main Event Mafia wins battle number one. Kurt Angle said Aces & Eights the pain you caused for the past 12 months is going to come back to you 10 folds, it’s only a matter of time. Angle said we aren’t here tonight for a fight we’re here for a celebration. Angle said the Main Event Mafia was formed for 2 reasons to destroy Aces & Eights & to make sure Bully Ray loses the World Heavyweight Title & the second was accomplished last week. Angle introduced to the ring the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion Chris Sabin. Sabin thanked the Main Event Mafia for their help in fighting off the Aces & Eights. Sabin said it feels like he is living a dream but it isn’t a dream it’s reality & now he is walking around with a target on his back because he has what everyone wants. Sabin said Samoa Joe I know it’s what you want & Magnus I know it’s what you want, it’s what everyone in the BFGS wants. Sabin said he made history last week & he will make history next week. Sabin made a challenge to whoever wins the Ultimate X match. Bully Ray came out along with his attorney. Bully’s attorney said because of the huge injustice Bully suffered they have been forced to file a lawsuit against Impact Wrestling. He said the issue can be solved if Sabin hands over the Title back to Bully, if not the ramifications are going to go through the wrestling industry & he will crush Impact Wrestling. He said I fight for my client, I win for my client & I win well. He said Sabin has until the end of the show to bring the Title to the true champ.
Backstage Hulk Hogan was asked if TNA has a legal position yet & if he has responded to Bully Ray. Hogan said he doesn’t comment on pending litigations.
X-Division Championship Ultimate X Match: Sonjay Dutt vs Manik vs Greg Marasciulo: Manik got the win to become the new X-Division Champion.
Bully Ray talked to Mr. Anderson backstage. Bully said did you see Hogan squirming, for the first time in a long time Hogan just doesn’t know what to do. Bully said we got him right where we want him. Bully told Anderson that he is proud that Anderson is VP of this club. Bully said I know that I didn’t vote but if I did I was voting for you. Bully said being VP is important but what’s more important is the BFGS & Aces & Eights Anderson winning the BFGS. Bully told Anderson to go out there & do what he does best & get the job done.
BFGS Match: Hernandez vs Mr. Anderson: Anderson got the win & picked up 7 points.
Backstage Dixie Carter was asked for her take on the Bully Ray situation. Dixie said we don’t have time for this you will know when I know.
Backstage Eric Young showed a video to Joseph Park of what happened when he saw his own blood & snapped in his match with Jeff Hardy. Park said he has no recollection of that, he blacked out it’s a complete blur & that it wasn’t him. EY said he is going to help Park out & he is going to get to the bottom of this.
Velvet Sky came to the ring & said she made a mistake & no it wasn’t wrestling with an injury, it was letting Mickie James know she was injured. Velvet said it was her fault for trusting Mickie & Mickie took advantage of her situation. Velvet said she wont make a mistake like that again. Velvet said she is playing things closer to her vest than ever before. Velvet said tonight she gets a ringside seat to watch Mickie & Gail Kim tear into each other. Velvet said so ladies have at it & went to a seat placed at ringside.
Knockouts Championship Match: Gail Kim vs Knockouts Champ Mickie James: Gail slapped referee ODB & Mickie took advantage of the distraction & rolled up Gail for the win. After the match ODB grabbed Gail preventing her from leaving the ring & they argued. Brooke Hogan came out & said she has an issue with Gail & she can’t believe what she is seeing now. Brooke said slapping around another ref, I thought you learned your lesson last time. Brooke said maybe you will learn your lesson this time & reminded Gail that ODB is an active wrestler. ODB took off her referee shirt & motioned for Gail to come & fight but Gail left the ring.
Backstage Hogan & Dixie Carter talked about what to do. It seemed like they decided to give the World Heavyweight Championship back to Bully.
BFGS Match: Daniels vs Samoa Joe: Anderson came to the ring & distracted Joe. Daniels took advantage & got the win to pick up 7 points.
Backstage Sting talked to Kurt Angle. Sting said there is some big stuff going on right now & we got to be on the same page. They talked about the legal situation with Bully Ray. Sting said Bully has nothing. Angle said what if Bully gets it. Sting said we know Bully can be beat we proved that last week. They said when he is alone he is vulnerable. Sting said we got to make sure it stays that way. Angle said what about out ultimate goal we tried last week & we failed. Sting said we didn’t fail we got a lot happening in our favor right now. Sting said we are the Main Event Mafia, the goal is still the same get rid of Aces & Eights, take Bull out.
BFGS Match: AJ Styles vs Jeff Hardy: AJ won by submission with the Calf Killer to pick up 10 points. After the match Hardy extended his hand to AJ for a handshake but AJ refused & walked away.
Backstage Hogan was asked if he has made a decision. Hogan said thank God Dixie & I are on the same page, I don’t want to do this but I have to do what needs to be done, so I’m going to do it.
Bully Ray came to the ring & said he has been wronged & he has suffered a major injustice. Bully said he is highly offended that everybody in the wrestling world can just sit back & praise Chris Sabin for what he did to him. Bully said he hit me in the head with a hammer. Bully said what kind of man, what kind of athlete, what kind of wrestler would ever sink to such levels to hit somebody else in the head with a deadly object like a hammer. Bully said Sabin you have no choice I will sue you, I will sue everybody in this company. Bully said he will do whatever it takes to right the wrong that has been bestowed upon him. Bully said he wants Sabin to do the right thing & walk out here & hand the World Heavyweight Title to him. Sabin came to the ring. Bully said he isn’t going to say anything negative towards Sabin. Bully said obviously you’re out here to do the right, obviously you’re out here because I told you to come out here & because you’re highly intimidated by me, obviously you’re going to do the right thing & hand me my World Heavyweight Title. Sabin said the real reason he is out here is because he wanted to see with his own eyes what a big fat crybaby Bully has become. Sabin said you’re no longer the World Champion but I almost had my entire career taken away. Sabin said for 2 years he sat at home but he didn’t whine & complain like Bully. Sabin said it motivated & inspired him to work harder to get back to this ring & now he is the World Heavyweight Champion. Sabin said the only way you’re getting this belt from me is if you pry it from my dead hands. Bully said no I’m going to get it back by suing you, look what you have done to me how dare you hit me over the head with a hammer how can you call yourself a man. Bully said if you’re not going to do the right thing I demand Hulk Hogan come out here & give me back my Title or I’m suing. Hogan came out with a piece of paper in his hand. Hogan said he has been going back & forth all day with his lawyers looking at this contract inside out, upside down, from top to bottom. Hogan said at the end of the day I get it & I have a counter for you my brother. Bully pointed to Sabin & said you see. Hogan said this counter comes with no negotiations, Hogan tore up the piece of paper. Bully said you can’t do that. Hogan said I can do that because I’m your General Manager whether you like it or not, I’m the law around here brother. Hogan said Chris Sabin is our Champion & still the TNA World Heavyweight Champion. Hogan said fair is fair & per your contract you do have a rematch clause. Hogan said Bully will get his rematch on August 15th at Hardcore Justice. Hogan said the Aces & Eights wont be involved & the Main Event Mafia wont be involved because it will be a steal cage match.

Hi everyone,
In the 11+ years that I have been with TNA, I am still amazed by the passion of pro wrestling fans. That passion – both positive and negative – is remarkable and something that all of us at TNA values.
With that said, I asked for questions from you like I have done many times in the past, but I didn’t provide a timeframe by which I would answer you. I know I have frustrated you all, and I apologize. Beginning next week, each Thursday, I will answer legitimate questions from you on a weekly basis. I also wanted to take this opportunity to provide perspective from inside TNA – where we stand and where, with support from our current and future fans around the globe, we are going. What is being shared with you now is what was shared with the IMPACT roster before our phenomenal Destination X show from Louisville, KY last week.
This has been a big year for TNA. We took IMPACT LIVE on the road, exactly where it needs to be – where you’ve asked us to be – in your backyard. We also changed our Pay-Per-View schedule, shifting from 12 to four live Pay-Per-View events each year, in order to increase the value of these events for you. To grow TNA, these are moves that needed to be made. And, part of changes like this, includes structural changes within TNA to align with this new business model.Many of your comments and questions reference our recent roster changes. The relationship that fans have with wrestlers is unique and one of the many great aspects of the wrestling business. And, for this reason, releasing talent is never easy – not for you and not for us. But, bringing in fresh faces and the best wrestling talent in the world is what you expect, and what TNA will always strive to deliver. Recently, we have brought back some talent favorites (Sonjay Dutt, Petey Williams and Homicide), and you will continue to see this and new talent that we are excited to introduce you to in the coming months.
TNA has always been, and will continue to be, a place where you can interact with the superstars, whether in person at a live show or via social channels, like Twitter and Facebook. We are constantly exploring new and interesting ways to take this interaction to another level, and you will see this unfold in the coming months. TNA Executive Producer and the Co-Founder of Bischoff-Hervey Entertainment, Jason Hervey, was the featured guest on this past week’s edition of Monday Night Mayhem, hosted by The Big Mosh and “The Chairman of the Board” Todd Vincent. Here are some interview highlights courtesy of WrestlingDVDNews.com’s Aarnon Carnevale, MNM’s National Correspondent:
How his relationship with Eric Bischoff has evolved though the years: “I’ve known him since 1991, and while he was at Turner and I was at Mandalay, we worked on projects together. We were always good friends, and I got to tell you, I learn from him every day. He is an incredible strategist, a great business mind, extremely creative, and I think we’re just getting started.”
His inspiration for implementing a combination of real life meets behind the scenes to the backstage segments on iMAPCT Wrestling and how pleased he has been with the results thus far: “It is a team effort. That is where I spend most of my day when I’m there, but there is an incredible group of people helping out in the process. When I first got to TNA, there was an opportunity to focus more on what is real, and then we put the characters in those situations to bring out the true reality. I think a lot of the good reality comes from those characters, where we get their real reactions. This is real behind the scenes drama.”

Bully Ray came to the ring. Taz was missing from the announce table & Jeremy Borash was there in his place. Bully said enough is enough, all week everybody has been talking about one little boy, Chris Sabin. The fans chanted for Sabin. Bully said that kid ain’t got a shot in hell of beating the World Heavyweight Champion. Bully said that he is the most hated man in wrestling & that’s just the way he wants it. Bully said everything is perfect, the table is set, it’s a perfect night for Bully Ray to defeat Chris Sabin, it’s a perfect night for Aces & Eights to destroy the Main Event Mafia. Bully said he wants to talk to his wife & called Brooke Hogan to the ring. Brooke came out & said she doesn’t understand what else Bully(she called him by his real name Mark) could possibly want from her. Brooke said to Bully you tricked my father, you tricked Dixie Carter, you tricked me. Brooke said she is sick of it she is moving on & showed off her engagement ring on her finger. She said Bully should move on too. Bully said to Brooke you move on when I say you move on. Hulk Hogan came out & said that’s it knock the crap off. Hogan said Bully your right enough is enough. Hogan said to Bully you rapped & pillaged this company & my family you got everything you wanted out of us that’s the World Heavyweight Title & it’s over now because enough is enough. Hogan & Brooke headed toward the back. Bully said don’t you walk away don’t you turn your back on me ever don’t you forget toots your still my wife. Hogan & Brooke stopped & turned back around. Bully said I will never give you a divorce, I will never lose the World Heavyweight Championship & there is nothing you or anybody else can do about it. Kurt Angle along with the rest of the Main Event Mafia appeared on the big screen. Angle said did you say nothing. Angle said Bully tonight your going to lose your Title to Chris Sabin in a fair fight & there is nothing you can do about that. Sting said we are going to find out if your brotherhood is stronger than this family. Bully screamed that he will never lose the Title.
Bobby Roode backstage was asked if Destination X brings up bad memories. Roode said yes one word fluke. Roode said he doesn’t want to talk about the past he wants to talk about the future & the future starts tonight. Roode said he doesn’t have any points in the Bound For Glory Series but it’s going to change, tonight he is on the road to Bound For Glory where he will become the World heavyweight Champion again.
BFGS Match: Bobby Roode vs Austin Aries: Aries got the win & picked up 7 points. After the match Roode snapped & smashed a TV monitor & tossed chairs out from behind the announce table & punched himself in the face.
Backstage Hernandez was greeted by his former LAX tag team partner Homicide. Chavo walked in & shook hands with Homicide & said he is a big fan. Chavo wished Homicide good luck in his match. Homicide left & Chavo told Herandez that he probably is going to win the X-Division Championship & that Hernandez is going to win the BFGS which means next year at Destination X they will face each other for the World Heavyweight Championship.
Aces & Eights backstage, Mr. Anderson said Knux’s no vote pushed DOC over the edge & DOC turned in his cut. Anderson said things happen but we got bigger fish to fry. Anderson asked if they know what they are doing & said lets go do it.
Ultimate X Qualifying Match: Homicide vs Petey Williams vs Sonjay Dutt: Dutt got the win to advance to next weeks Ultimate X match for the X-Division Championship.
Ultimate X Qualifying Match: Chavo Guerrero Jr. vs Kenny King vs Manik: Manik got the win to advance to the Ultimate X match.
Main Event Mafia backstage, Sting said tonight is the reason why we put this family back together again to get rid of Aces & Eights & take out Bully Ray. Angle asked if everyone is ready to start part 1 of tonight’s mission. Rampage Jackson said he is ready to knock somebody out. Angle said that’s what I’m talking about & they left the room.
Hogan backstage with Chris Sabin, Hogan said I know what you been through with all your injury’s I had know idea it was a set up for greatness. Hogan said at the end of the night just make sure they remember you & bring the Title home to TNA. Sabin said thanks & Hogan said it’s your time.
Main Event Mafia came to the ring. Sting said Aces & Eights we gave you fair warning we told you we was going to bring the fight to you. Sting said that they are custom made for this very night because we are looking for you. Angle said this fight is going to be more brutal & vicious than you could ever imagine. Angle said Aces & Eights you brought chaos to this company & for that tonight the Mafia is coming after you. Angle said we are the greatest array of Champions, fighters & wrestlers ever to be assembled & tonight right now we are going to prove it. Magnus said they are ready & called out Aces & Eights to come down & face the family. Aces & Eights appeared on the big screen. Anderson said we do things on our own time they got to conserve energy tonight because they got a big celebration to attend after the show. Samoa Joe said the Mafia is thirsty tonight. Joe said we are going to go backstage & drink your drinks then we are going to beat you down & we are going to do it right now. The Mafia headed backstage. The Mafia followed Anderson into a room to fight. Bully grabbed Angle on his way into the room & slammed Angle into a wall. Devon locked the rest of the Mafia in the room. Bully threw Angle into the back of a pickup truck & the truck drove off.
Ultimate X Qualifying Match: Rubix vs Rockstar Spud vs Greg Marasciulo: Marasciulo got the win to advance to the Ultimate X match next week.
Bully Ray backstage on the phone to the driver of the pick up truck about what Aces & Eights did to the Main Event Mafia & Kurt Angle. Bully said to drive Angle out to the spot they talked about earlier. Bully said lets do this mafia style & make Angle an offer he wont refuse.
Mickie James came to the ring.
Kurt Angle arrived back at the arena driving the truck he was taken away in.
Mickie James in the ring. Mickie said there was a moment last week that will be glorified in Knockouts history. Mickie said it raised the bar for women in this industry across the globe. She said it goes to show you what hard work, determination & dedication will get you. She said what better gift than to share it with you all again & she showed footage from her music showcase in Nashville. Mickie said wasn’t that amazing, ain’t I amazing, I’m such a giver. Mickie said that’s what being your heartbreaking, history making Knockouts Champion of the century is all, Gail kim interrupted & came to the ring. Gail said Mickie is delusional if she thinks people was talking about her stupid performance. Gail said the only thing that people was talking about was her dominate history making performance last week in the ladder match against Taryn Terrell. Gail said the only thing that’s going to make this package even more perfect is when I get that Title back next week. Mickie said Gail’s match last week was a solid 2 or 2 1/2 maybe but you ask all the reviewers across the world my performance was 5 stars. Mickie said count them 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & tried to slap Gail but missed & Gail slapped Mickie. Gail & Mickie fought & 2 referees came out & pulled them apart.
Backstage Chris Sabin was approached by Austin Aries. Aries told Sabin that the only reason he is standing in this position is because of him. Aries said he raised Sabin’s game to a level maybe he didn’t know existed. Aries said he knows he can beat Bully & Sabin knows he can beat him(Aries). Aries said he is pulling for him tonight & told Sabin to get the job done.
AJ Styles in a dark stairway, AJ said the X-Division reminds him of himself. AJ said been there done that put it on the map. AJ said next week Jeff Hardy another test, a great wrestler, a fan favorite, a hero. AJ said this is no place for a hero, I’m taking my points.
TNA World Heavyweight championship Match: Chris Sabin vs World Heavyweight Champ Bully Ray: During the match Aces & Eights came to ringside & so did the Main Event Mafia. Later the referee got knocked out. Anderson handed Bully a hammer. The Main Event Mafia & Aces & Eights fought up the ramp & to the back. Bully went to hit Sabin with the hammer but Sabin kicked Bully & he dropped the hammer & Sabin picked it up. Bully went for the Bully Bomb on Sabin but Sabin hit Bully in the head with the hammer. The referee came to & made the 3 count. Chris Sabin got the win to become the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion.
With the Destination X theme for the night, segment of the week had to be the 3 X Division qualifier matches (and besides, we covered Chris Sabin’s win elsewhere).
