Drew McIntyre makes TNA debut

Earlier today I posted a huge spoiler of the hardcore country knockout making her return at Impacts tapings in Glasgow Scotland this evening. However that wasn’t the only treat the UK fans got tonight.

I usually hate posting spoilers but this one is too good NOT to share.

Hometown hero and Scotland Native Drew McIntyre aka Drew Galloway made his IMPACT debut. Drew came out to prevent a beat down on fellow native Grado (from British bootcamp) given by MVP and his crew.

This episode of impact will air February 20th. Drew is a former WWE superstar and IC champ but truthfully Drew never got the proper treatment he so richly deserves. It’ll be interesting to see what IMPACT does for him. There’s not a doubt in my mind that in IMPACT he’ll be able to showcase his true talent and one day become a world champion.

So guys are you excited that “the chosen one” is now a member of the IMPACT roster? Let us know in the comments.

Mickie James returns to Impact wrestling

It is being reported that Mickie James made a surprise return at today’s impact wrestling event in Glasgow UK.

Mickie James and Impact wrestler Magnus welcomed a healthy baby boy named Donovan Patrick Aldis into their world in September of last year. Lots of fans were unsure if they’d ever see her wrestle again.

Looks like she’s ready to return though and one has to ask what kind of IMPACT will her presence have in the knockouts division? Only time will tell.

Are you excited for Mickie’s return? Let us know in the comments.

Abyss Talks If He Regrets Not Signing With WWE & Facing Undertaker At WrestleMania 19

In a interview with Ring Rust Radio, Donald Wood asked Abyss for his side of the story that Tommy Dreamer in interview with Steve Austin claiming that WWE wanted to sign Abyss to fight The Undertaker at WrestleMania 19, but instead signed with TNA and asked Abyss loking back if he would make the same decision again. Abyss said:

“I absolutely 1,000 percent would make the same decision again. I absolutely have no regrets whatsoever. Being a part of TNA since the beginning is something that I am extremely proud of. I’m not saying other places aren’t great places to go work, but for me the decision to stay on that occasion and several others is that I love TNA. I am TNA through and through and I always will be. I did have opportunities to go other places and I am proud that I was afforded that opportunity. The reason I stayed was for loyalty and no other reason. Not stage fright as Tommy joked in that interview, it had completely to do with the fact that I love TNA through and through. The company has treated me fantastic over the decade plus years I have been there. From Dixie to everyone there I am really happy there. I wanted to stay there and help build the company, be a part of something that I was with since the ground up. There is nowhere else in the world I would go and say that. That was the reason that I stayed and I have zero regrets. If I was asked to do it over again a 100 times I would do it 100 times.”
