As noted, over the weekend Sexy Star purposefully injured Rosemary’s shoulder at the end of their Reina de Reinas Championship Match (which also included Lady Shani & Ayako Hamada) at AAA’s TripleMania XXV event. Since then, Rosemary has responded to what happened, commenting that Sexy Star tried to say it was a work, which Rosemary wanted to make very clear that it wasn’t. While a number of wrestling stars have reacted to the incident, Sexy Star has already felt the backlash, getting pulled from a WrestleCade Weekend event.
Yesterday, WrestleCade announced that Rosemary will be making an appearance for that same event.
Rosemary also took to Twitter yesterday to provide an update on her injury, saying it’s a strained tricep/bicep with swelling around the area and that time away from the ring should be minimal. She also thanked those who supported her and when wrestlers do make mistakes in the ring, they should own up to them. You can see her full comments below.

Xavier Woods may have suffered a knee injury as The New Day were facing Breezango and SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos at last night’s WWE live event in Texarkana, Arkansas.
According to Wrestling Inc. correspondent Stephen A. Love ( @BigStevieCool95 ), who was in attendance, the injury came when Woods went for a jumping DDT and apparently pushed off the wrong way. The knee buckled and Woods went down. The referee threw up the dreaded “X” symbol to call the match and one of the Uso brothers then rolled Kofi Kingston up for a quick finish.
Woods seemed to be in pain after the rushed finish and was not able to leave on his own. He was helped to the back by Kofi, Big E and WWE’s Dr. Chris Amann. One correspondent noted that Woods “wrecked” his knee.
Stay tuned for updates on Woods’ status.

PWInsider reports that Joe reportedly suffered some sort of knee injury at one of the live events over the weekend. Joe could be out of action for at least four weeks. WWE has yet to acknowledge the injury as of this writing.

Today, the first set of episodes for the Mae Young Classic were uploaded to the WWE Network and it was announced during one of the shows that Kacy Catanzaro and Shadia Bseiso have signed with the company.

Catanzaro gained attention on NBC’s American Ninja when she became the first women to ever complete the show’s qualifying course and has made Sports Illustrated’s “Fittest 50” list. Back in January, she tried out for the WWE (which you can see in the video above) and talked about making the transition to the WWE.
“I think a lot of the things from my background, from gymnastics to obstacle course racing – the physical and the mental, the speed, agility, strength, all of that – [and] being able to mentally prepare for that and go in front of a lot of people and be on point that second that you have to… I think that all of that could be a really big advantage for me coming into the WWE.”
Shadia Bseiso tried out for WWE in Dubai and is a TV personality with a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Bseiso is also fluent in both English and Arabic.
