Our thoughts go out to Scott Hall and those close to him at this time.
Scott Hall has been battling demons and health issues for the bulk of his career, and news has broken this weekend that the Hall Of Famer is in critical condition following a recent surgery. Hall reportedly suffered three heart attacks on Saturday night and is currently on life support at the Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia. The heart attacks come just days after Hall underwent hip surgery.
According to PWTorch, the heart attacks were the result of a blood clot from the aforementioned surgery coming loose. It is unknown exactly how serious a condition Hall is in at this time. That he is on life support obviously isn’t a good sign, and the former Intercontinental Champion is in our thoughts right now as we hope this terrible news doesn’t get even worse as the day progresses.
While Hall has battled addiction and various health issues throughout his life, he still managed to carve out an incredibly successful wrestling career for himself. First rising to prominence in the AWA during the 1980s, his career was really taken to the next level when he became Razor Ramon in WWE.
After that, Hall and close friend Kevin Nash made one of the biggest splashes in wrestling history when they jumped ship to WCW. First known and The Outsiders, they would eventually add Hulk Hogan to their ranks and become the nWo, one of if not the most successful factions in wrestling history.
