BREAKING NEWS: Respected News Source Reporting That CM Punk Will Be At Raw Tomorrow Night

Dave Meltzer said on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio that CM Punk is expected to be at Monday’s RAW from Chicago. Meltzer wouldn’t say he’s 100% sure Punk will be there and really didn’t sound too sure of it but his source, who is reportedly a top WWE star, said it’s 100% certain.

Regarding plans for WrestleMania XXX, if Punk does return at RAW he will either replace Daniel Bryan in the match with Triple H or go into the WWE World Heavyweight Title match with Batista and Randy Orton. Punk likely isn’t winning the title unless he plans on signing a new contract in July and that impression wasn’t given.

Punk has been absent from WWE programming since the Raw following the Royal Rumble on Jan. 27. Meltzer reported Punk had legitimately left the event after telling Vince McMahon he was “going home.” By the following Wednesday, the official WWE website stopped advertising Punk for future events. The matter was publicly acknowledged by McMahon on Feb. 20 during a quarterly conference call to investors, with the the CEO replying to a query concerning his status: “He’s taking a sabbatical, let’s just put it that way.”

Hulk Hogan Talks To WWE.com About How His WWE Return Came About

Hulk Hogan recently spoke with WWE.com about returning to WWE, hanging with Vince McMahon and more. Hogan also talked about how his return came about:

“Over the last couple years, there’ll be texts between Vince and I. “Happy birthday brother!” on August 24th, his birthday. Christmas, Thanksgiving. We’ll touch base like that. And then I guess the word got out that I was jobless. I didn’t know what I was going to do. I was thinking of going back to playing music or something. On a Tuesday, I was officially out of work. And Friday morning I was drinking my coffee and I hear my cell phone. And it was Triple H. “Hey brother, just checking on you.” I’m like, “Hey, dude, I’m just contemplating my navel here. I’m officially out of work, I’m unemployed.” And that started us talking. In my heart, I was hoping to come back here. I was hoping to put the period on the end of the sentence and it was the logical extension. It just made so much sense to come back.”

So with the ufc announcing the development of the new women’s straw division, one has to wonder who will be the stand outs. The upcoming season of the ultimate fighter will be there 20th season. It’ll be the first season to feature all women. Further more it’ll be the 1st to feature 145LBS women. The winner of the season will be signed to the ufc along with being crownd ufc’s very first women’s straw weight champion.

One of the fighters that many are talking about is Paige Vanzant. One of the main reasons is because she listed Ronda Rousey as one of her favorites. Stating “WMMA wouldn’t be where it is today if it wasn’t for Ronda Rousey” (I for one agree with that statement 100%

It should also be noted that she will be the youngest women in the ufc if she does indeed win this season.

So what do you guys thing is Vanzant one to look out for? I definitely believe she will be one of the front runners and I look forward to seeing what her and the other contestants have to offer. See for yourself and form your own opinion by reading her latest Q AND A
