Impact Wrestling started with Aces & Eights members Bully Ray, Mr. Anderson & Taz in the back, they got announcer Mike Tenay backed up against a wall. Taz is yelling at Tenay & told him that he is done & has the night off. Taz said you don’t betray me this is my show. taz said he is going to show Jeremy Borash what a real announcer is.
Aces & Eights members Bully Ray, Mr. Anderson & Taz came out. Bully went to the ring & Taz & Mr. Anderson went to the announce table. Taz yelled at Jeremy Borash. Taz told Borash that this is his desk & this is his chair. Bully said he isn’t in a very good mood. Bully talked about Tito Ortiz being the man behind the August 1st warning. Bully said nobody does surprises like him. Bully said he isn’t impressed & for Ortiz not to come near him or he will smack him in the face. Bully mentioned that him & Devon showed up tonight & found out that they have a match against Chris Sabin & someone from the Main Event Mafia. Bully said him & Devon are the greatest tag team that has ever lived & how dare Sabin not tell them who they are wrestling. Bully said next week at Hardcore Justice Sabin will be locked inside a steel cage with him & that is very bad news for Sabin & he will become the 2 time TNA World Heavyweight Champion. Bully called out Sabin so they can sign the contract. Sabin came out. Bully said he can tell by looking at Sabin that Sabin is scared of him. Sabin said looks can be deceiving & mentioned how Bully deceived the wrestling world earlier this year. Sabin said Bully is full of crap. Sabin talked about beating Bully at Destination X. Sabin said it was Bully & his thugs that brought the hammer into the ring & he just gave Bully a taste of his own medicine & he will beat him again at Hardcore Justice. Bully said where is the contract & called for Hulk Hogan to bring it out. Brooke Hogan came out instead. Bully asked where is Hogan. Brooke said her father is out of town meeting with the board & he is reviewing this contract & Bully’s TNA contract. Brooke read a email he sent her. It said TNA Impact Wrestling is holding Bully to the letter of the law on each & every contract. There was a clause Bully overlooked in the Destination X Title match contract in regards to Bully’s rematch. If Bully doesn’t win the steel cage match at Hardcore Justice he will never get a World Title match again. Bully said this is a load of crap. Bully said he isn’t going to be bullied. Bully said it will be a cold day in hell before he gets bullied by a measly Hogan. Brooke came into the ring & said to Bully are you going to let the whole world know what I found out in our marriage that you are all talk & very little action. Bully signed the contract & then Sabin signed it.
BFGS Match: Samoa Joe vs Jeff Hardy: Hardy got the win & picked up 7 points.
Footage from earlier, Daniels said he doesn’t understand why Kazarian has to be so selfish right now. Daniels said even with a best of friends there is always a leader & a follower a captain & his crew. He said he has always been the captain. Daniels said in the BFGS he is 3-0 & Kazarian is 0-3. Daniels said now is his time & he is going to make Kazarian understand that tonight.
BFGS Match: Mr. Anderson vs Magnus: Bobby Roode came into the ring with a steel chair & hit Anderson with it & pat Magnus on the shoulder. The referee called for the bell. Anderson won by DQ & picks up 3 points. Magnus lost 10 points.
Backstage Bobby Roode talked about what he did. Roode said I told you things were going to change. Roode said he changed the landscape, he took away 10 points from Magnus the BFGS leader. Roode said he is a genius & that this is just the beginning & there is more to come so stay tuned.
Backstage Magnus told the referee not to worry he did what he had to do. Magnus said things have a way of working themselves out & he will get those 10 points back.
The Bro Mans(Robbie E & Jesse Godderz) backstage, they talked about kicking Tara to the curb. Mickie James came in & said she needs them to take care of James Storm & Gunner & that she will take care of ODB. Mickie said that her matches are already won before she even walks into the ring.
Backstage Kurt Angle & Sting talk to Chris Sabin. Sabin tells them to trust him & that he has got a plan.
Jeremy Borash introduced Tito Ortiz out to the ring. JB asked him what he is doing at Impact Wrestling. Kurt Angle interrupted & came to the ring. Angle said to Ortiz that he knows who he is & can respect his accomplishments but he is entering his world. Angle said this is his ring & he has earned the right to be called the greatest wrestler alive. Angle said he is an Olympic Champion & has won more Titles than Ortiz can shake a stick at. Angle said while Ortiz is here in TNA he will respect his space & Ortiz better sure in hell respect his. Angle asked Ortiz if he made himself clear. Ortiz said loud & clear. Bully Ray came out said you guys respect each other but he doesn’t respect either one of them. Bully told Ortiz that he is Bully Ray the President of the Aces & Eights & soon to be 2 time World Heavyweight Champion & he is the guy who will smack him in the face if he gets in his way.
Bro Mans & Mickie James vs James Storm & Gunner: Strom, Gunner & ODB got the win. After the match Gail Kim came to the ring & attacked ODB. the ref pulled Gail off of ODB. Mickie James then attacked ODB from behind then hurried out of the ring.
Back stage Kazarian said he thinks that Daniels has forgotten who he is & has forgotten that he has beaten him more than once. Kazarian said tonight isn’t about Bad Influence it’s about him going out there & winning the BFGS & winning the Title in October. Kazarian said Daniels & the fans are going to realize why they fell in love with him in the first place.
Bully Ray & Devon backstage, Bully said can you believe the nerve of this kid making us wait to find out who his partner is. Bully said he is going to beat the respect out od Sabin & give him a taste of what he is going to do to him next week in the cage. Devon said he is going to send a message to the Mafia that somebody is going home forever. Bully said testify & walked off. Devon said that is my line.
BFGS Match: Kazarian vs Daniels: Daniels & Kazarian left the ring & stood there as the referee counted them out resulting in a double count out. Both get 2 points. After the match Booby Roode came out with a chair & dropped it & entered the ring & waved Daniels & Kazarian into the ring. Roode said for the last several months everybody has been paying attention to the Aces & Eights, everybody has been talking about the reformation of the Main Event Mafia, the arrival of Rampage Jackson & the surprise last week of Tito Ortiz. Roode said everybody has forgotten about the 3 of them. Roode said they comprise 25% of the BFGS. Roode said there is strength in numbers & that they are a new force. Roode said one of them will win the BFGS. Roode said the landscape has changed & he told the world the game was going to change & it has. Roode said one of them is going to be the next World Heavyweight Champion.
Backstage Tito Ortiz said next week at Hardcore Justice these hands just might be all over it.
Team 3D vs Chris Sabin & Kurt Angle: Sting came out as if he was Sabin’s partner & Angle jumped Team 3D from behind. Later in the match Team 3D hit the 3D on Angle & Devon got a table & brought it into the ring. Team 3D set it up in the corner. Devon placed Sabin in front of the table & Bully charged at Sabin but Sabin moved & Bully crashed through the table. Devon charged at Sabin but Sabin ducked & Devon flew over the ropes onto the floor. Sabin hit Bully with a crossbody from off the top rope. Sabin & Angle got the win.
