Becky Lynch was frustrated and emotional just moments after WWE‘s medical staff informed her that she wouldn’t be cleared to compete at Survivor Series, as seen in newly released video.

WWE shared footage of Becky the day after leading an invasion on Raw, which reveals she went to the emergency room after Nia Jax busted her open during the in-ring melee.

The video was shot during the day before SmackDown and shows Becky being called into a closed-door meeting with WWE officials and staff where she was informed that her match against Ronda Rousey on Sunday would not be taking place.

The SmackDown Live Women’s Champion is then shown sitting in the stands reflecting on the news. “I don’t want to be sitting out right now,” Lynch says somberly. “I keep begging them to let me do something. I’ll be fine, ya know? I feel fine and I look great. So, imagine how I’ll look in 48.”

Nia Jax And Brock Lesnar Reportedly Have Backstage Heat

Image result for Brock Lesnar And Nia Jax backstage heat

Nia Jax does have some backstage heat on her for the injuries to SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch, according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Live.

As we’ve noted, Becky suffered a severe concussion and broken nose during Monday’s RAW invasion angle after taking a stiff shot from Jax. The injuries forced Becky to name Charlotte Flair as her replacement for Sunday’s WWE Survivor Series match against RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey.

The heat on Jax has to do with how this isn’t the first time she’s caused an injury to another Superstar. There’s a feeling that she is unsafe in the ring.

On a related note, Meltzer noted in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that he’s heard from more wrestlers complaining about WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar than Jax. Apparently there was some talk on how dangerous and reckless Lesnar’s German suplexes to Sunil Singh were on this week’s RAW. However, Singh didn’t get hurt badly and wasn’t forced to pull out of a match that everyone was looking forward to.

Regarding the heat on Lesnar, Meltzer noted that there’s frustration over the reality that Lesnar is pretty much bulletproof in the company. It sounds like the heat on Lesnar is more from his co-workers, while the heat on Jax could be from officials and other talents.

WWE Reportedly Interested In Trevor Lee Who Just Finished With Impact Wrestling

Image result for trevor lee impact wrestling

Trevor Lee, one of the youngest X Division Champions in Impact Wrestling history, is now a free agent according to PWInsider.

Lee gave Impact Wrestling notice he would be finishing up, although his deal officially expires on December 31. He worked his last few bouts with the company during this week’s Las Vegas TV tapings.

It is being reported WWE will be looking to pick him up for its NXT system, possibly in January when the latest Performance Center class arrives.

Debuting for Impact in 2015, Lee, 25, became a three-time X Division Champion.

He also won the Tag Team Titles with Brian Myers, aka Curt Hawkins. Along with Andrew Everett and Caleb Conley, the Cult of Lee became a premier tag team while at Impact. Outside of the promotion, Lee was a featured member of the Carolina independent scene, the Hardy’s OMEGA organization and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla.

Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey Needs To Headline WrestleMania 35

Image result for Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey Needs To Headline WrestleMania 35

Cageside Seats has a post that suggest that the expected Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey match at WrestleMania 35 needs to headline the show.

You can check out the article below:

The last thing I’d do is suggest Becky Lynch’s injury and removal from her Survivor Seriesshowdown with Ronda Rousey is a good thing.

That said, there may be some good to come out of it.

With rumors already suggesting a clash between the women could headline — or at least co-headline — WrestleMania 35, the match could only grow in size by keeping the two away from each other, but on each other’s minds.

The reality is, Rousey will continue getting trounced in the Twitter and promo wars because she simply isn’t playing the same game as Lynch, who is on one of the greatest character runs in modern WWE history. But fans want the match and they want it even more now that they can’t have it.

If WWE can have both women go about their business in their respective brands and strategically work moments for them to come close to a clash, it’s only going to build heat.

It also allows their title reigns to grow in length and make the prospect of a champion vs. champion match on the biggest stage of them all all that much more intriguing.

Here’s hoping WWE uses pay-per-view events to put the women in the same place to continue building to the future, but limits any physical interactions until they step on that grand stage.

Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey should main event WrestleMania.

If that happens as a first-time-ever match, it’s a bit of sunshine peeking from the dark cloud of Becky’s injury.

As noted, SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey is currently the plan for WrestleMania 35, according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio. Meltzer reported in the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the match is currently planned to headline the show. If the plan doesn’t change, it will be the first time a women’s match has ever headlined WrestleMania.

Backstage News On When WWE Has Plans To Do Becky Lynch Vs. Ronda Rousey

It looks like the match between SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey may happen at WrestleMania 35.

As we’ve noted, Sunday’s WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view will now feature Rousey vs. Charlotte Flair in a non-title match due to Becky suffering injuries at the hands of Nia Jax during the invasion angle on Monday’s RAW. Rousey vs. Flair had been rumored for WrestleMania 35, but WWE was forced to rush the match due to Becky’s injuries.

The Lynch vs. Rousey match for WrestleMania was discussed on Tuesday when WWE officials changed plans for Survivor Series, according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio. That match will likely be one of the top women’s matches at WrestleMania 35 on April 7 at MetLife Stadium.

Backstage News On Daniel Bryan’s Heel Turn And WWE Championship Win

Image result for Daniel Bryan Turns Heel, Wins WWE Championship

Last night on SmackDown Live, Daniel Bryan defeated AJ Styles to win the WWE Championship and turned heel in the process. Bryan attacked Styles after the match, and is now scheduled to face Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series in a champion versus champion match this Sunday.

During the most recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about the title change and Bryan’s heel turn, and said that Bryan had been pushing to turn heel. Bryan came up with the idea of turning heel several weeks ago, and Vince McMahon decided to go ahead with the turn on the day of the show.

Dave further noted that Bryan defeating Styles for the championship was decided last weekend. Meltzer mentioned that Vince wanted to get maximum impact with the change in plans, and decided to do the title change and the heel turn on the same night. Dave also speculated that while Bryan winning the title was decided before Becky Lynch’s injury, the injury might have influenced Vince’s decision to turn Bryan heel and make it the biggest talking point heading into The Survivor Series.

Bryan has talked for years about Lesnar being a dream match for him. Bryan and Lesnar were at one point scheduled to face each other at SummerSlam in 2014 when Bryan was the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, however Bryan was forced to vacate the title due to a neck injury. Lesnar went on to defeat Cena for the title at the show.

In a 2015 interview with The National, Bryan said that a Lesnar was his “number one dream match.”

“My number one dream match is Brock Lesnar,” Bryan told The National three years ago. “And I want that to be a WrestleMania match. I don’t know if the WWE will ever let that happen, because they might be afraid he might legitimately hurt me pretty bad. But I would like to do a major pay-per-view match with Cesaro. I’d like to to do a major pay-per-view match with Seth Rollins. I’d love do a major pay-per-view match with Stardust. We have so many talented people on the roster that I’d love to have a match on pay per view or we have a story to work through together.”

Ronda Rousey Reacts To Becky Lynch Injury With Instagram Tirade

ronda rousey becky lynch instagram tirade injury survivor series

RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey has taken to Instagram to launch a scathing attack on her recently injured rival and SmackDown Live counterpart Becky Lynch.

“I’m really sorry to hear The Millennial Man will not be showing up for her legally arranged ass whooping on November 18th at the Staples Center,” Rousey wrote in a caption that was accompanied by a screenshot of a Nate Diaz tweet. “Unfortunately now everyone knows if someone hauls off and punches you for real, your face implodes. I suggest you keep practicing your tough guys faces in the mirror, should be very effective physical therapy.”

As we previously reported, Becky was pulled from their upcoming match after suffering a concussion and fracturing parts of her face while leading an invasion of Raw.

Rousey continued the talk trash, saying: “Don’t worry I’m not the back stabbing cheap shotting ambushing cowardly type, so you’re perfectly safe to take your time and heal up until your figurative balls have dropped and you’re finally ready to for your comeuppance.”

“I want you 100% healed up, prepared, and looking me in the eye when the bell rings,” she added. “Lemmie know when you’re done healing your boo boos and ready for me to serve you your ass on a silver platter with your avocado toast.”
