WWE has said they are in talks about moving SmackDown to Thursday but no decision has been made.
A WWE Spokesperson said: “Someone was overzealous in updating our production trucks. The trucks are being fixed to reflect the current and accurate information of Fridays at 8 p.m.”

It would appear by the photo taken by a fan of a recently re-done WWE production truck at this week’s WWE tapings in Texas, that SmackDown will be moving to Thurday night’s on SyFy.

Variety reports that WWE is finalizing a new TV deal with NBC Universal that will keep RAW & SmackDown on USA Network & Syfy.
With WWE’s new TV deal with NBC Universal expected to be announced soon, there is some speculation that SmackDown will go live on Tuesday nights. Jim Ross tweeted that he believes SmackDown will go live on Tuesdays.
Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Hulk Hogan may appear on RAW from London even though he is not being advertised since he will already be in town for the next night’s SmackDown tapings in the same building.
Renee Young is now the permanent announcer for NXT.
