Below are some interesting things from last night’s WWE RAW in Toronto:
Kevin Owens, who suffered defeat moments earlier to Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins, grabbed a live microphone after his match and sat in the center of the ring to state, “I quit” before walking out.
It was announced that “HBK” Shawn Michaels will be on RAW next week to give his take on The Undertaker vs. Triple H for the last time ever on Oct. 6 in Australia at WWE Super Show-Down.
WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus appeared on RAW to confront Elias after insulting her hometown of Toronto. Stratus then politely asked Elias to leave the ring before the superstar singer remarked, “I don’t date women in their 60’s.” This was met with a smack across the face from Stratus. She made note that in about two months from tonight she will be stepping back in between the ropes to face Alexa Bliss at the Evolution event in New York. Trish stayed ringside while Natalya squared off with Alicia Fox, who was accompanied by Alexa Bliss and Mickie James, and was also featured in a backstage segment with The Bella Twins.
In a backstage segment with Ronda Rousey, Natalya and Trish Stratus, The Bella Twins announce that they will return to in-ring action next week on RAW.
Braun Strowman announced that he is cashing in MITB on Sept. 16 at Hell in a Cell pay-per-view against Universal Champion Roman Reigns in a Hell in a Cell Match.
Later in the main event Strowman teamed with Reigns against Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre. Strowman turned on Reigns and gave him a beat down with Ziggler and McIntyre.
Tonight’s WWE RAW will take place from the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with fallout from last week’s reunion of The Shield.

The Shield reunited at the end of RAW last night to help Roman Reigns fight of a attempt by Braun Strowman to cash in his MITB title shot.
Dean Ambrose and WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins came out in their Shield gear right as Braun Strowman was about to cash in his Money In the Bank contract on WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns following his win over Finn Balor. The Shield destroyed Braun before he could cash in and ended the show by putting him through an announce table with a triple powerbomb.

We now know why Matt Hardy has been teasing changes to his WWE status in a series of recent cryptic tweets. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Hardy is scheduled to take some time off due to injuries.
Hardy recently revealed that his lower back and pelvis have started fusing together, and while the pain isn’t too bad, it is frustrating. Hardy is planning on starting new training rehab methods that should help with the pain.
Hardy and Bray Wyatt’s match against The Revival and RAW Tag Team Champions The B Team on Monday’s RAW was done as the blow-off to The Deleters of Worlds tag team, as Hardy teased in his post-show tweet with Wyatt.

There has been talk of Hardy shadowing WWE producers to “learn the ropes” with the idea of him working a producer job in the future.
Hardy is scheduled to undergo treatments for his various injuries and after that is done, a decision will be made in regards to a possible ring return, what capacity he might return in and if he will have to work a limited schedule.

There was a bat flying around in the arena at last night’s RAW at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The bat managed to make a cameo during the opening segment with Ronda Rousey, Ember Moon, Alexa Bliss and Alicia Fox. While Rousey was outside of the ring she saw the bat and exclaimed, “Oh my God, there’s a bat!”

“The Lunatic Fringe” Dean Ambrose returned to action with a new look on tonight’s SummerSlam go-home RAW from Greensboro in the main event segment, joining Seth Rollins to deliver a beatdown to Drew McIntyre and WWE Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler. Ambrose had been out of action since December 2017 with an ACL injury.
The storyline is that the SummerSlam contract for Rollins vs. Ziggler has a clause in it that allows Rollins to have someone in his corner to even the odds as McIntyre will be in Ziggler’s corner. Rollins revealed at the end of tonight’s show that his former partner in The Shield will be there with him in Brooklyn on Sunday.
The dark main event after this week’s SummerSlam go-home RAW in Greensboro, NC saw Dean Ambrose return to the ring. Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Finn Balor and Braun Strowman defeated Kevin Owens, Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre and WWE Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler in eight-man action. The finish saw Strowman, Rollins and Balor hit finishers on their SummerSlam opponents while Ambrose hit Corbin with Dirty Deeds for the pin.

Last Night On RAW, WWE paid tribute to Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart, who passed away at age of 63 Monday morning, with this video below.
