Why Sting Didn’t Appear On RAW

It was announced yesterday by WWE on WWE.com that Sting would be kicking off RAW with a major announcement. Obviously that didn’t happen as The Wyatt Family kicked of RAW and Sting didn’t appear on the show at all.

It appears there was some miscommunication as TMZ reported that Sting was already home in Dallas resting right around the time WWE reported that he would be in the open of RAW. The announcement was up on WWE.com for no longer than 15 minutes.

Sting was at home resting in Dallas, which is about a 6 hour drive from Laredo. Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio noted that Sting was not booked for Hell In A Cell so his WWE status is up in the air right now.
