Injured WWE RAW Superstar Big Cass was backstage at Monday’s show in Dallas, according to PWInsider. We noted back in mid-February that Cass had been spotted at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando and was said to be looking good, moving around without any assistance. Word going around at RAW was that Cass is in the final stages of being cleared and could return to the storylines on RAW soon.

Cass has been out of action since August 2017 after undergoing surgery to repair a torn ACL. It was said then that Cass would be out of action until around May, forcing him to miss WrestleMania 34 while WWE had a singles push planned for him. It sounds like Cass may be back before May based on talk at RAW this week.

Big Cass Turns On Enzo Amore, Reveals He Was The Backstage Attacker (Video)

The mystery of who’s been attacking Enzo Amore and Big Cass was finally solved last night on RAW.

Kurt Angle closed out the show by questioning The Revival and Big Show about the backstage attacks, but neither were the guilty party.

With no suspects left, Corey Graves stood up from the commentary table and said he had some important security footage, which revealed that Cass faked his injuries in order to make himself look innocent.

Big Cass finally admitted it was him.

Cass said he was tired of always protecting Enzo and the attacks were merely a sign that he had enough. Enzo started to cry as Cass told him he was holding the two back from ever being champion in NXT or on Raw. He then said that they were through and delivered a big boot to Enzo’s face before walking off to end the show.
