Charging to the ring wielding a kendo stick, she went straight after Ford, swinging with purpose and clearing house before mixing it up with Bayne. Officials quickly stepped in to separate them, but the message was loud and clear: Tay Melo is back, and she’s coming in hot.
This marks Melo’s first AEW appearance since January 2023, when she was still aligned with Jay as part of the Jericho Appreciation Society (JAS). Later that spring, Melo and her husband Sammy Guevara revealed at Double or Nothing that they were expecting their first child. The couple welcomed their daughter, Luna, on November 28, 2023.
