From TMZ.com

WWE superstar CM Punk is QUITTING the organization, TMZ Sports has learned … and sources tell us it’s all because he’s PISSED over the way the company wants to use him at “WrestleMania.”

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ Sports … Punk was livid when he learned officials scripted Batista to win the Royal Rumble … because he feels Batista isn’t in great wrestling shape and shouldn’t be featured in the title match at the upcoming WrestleMania (the biggest event of the year).

We’re told Punk feels he earned the right to be in the main event at WrestleMania — because he’s been wrestling tirelessly over the past year from house shows to overseas events. Punk was angry when he found out he’d be wrestling Triple H at WrestleMania instead of squaring off in the title match.

Sources say … Punk — whose contract is up in July — made the decision to leave WWE after “Monday Night Raw” — and we’re told that right now, he’s very serious about his decision and has no plans to return.

Word going around TNA is that Vince Russo is once again working with the company. TNA recently reached out to some creative people for some consulting on their TV product and Russo was reportedly one of those people.

A handful of people in the company believe 100% that Russo is once again involved in TNA creative. Russo was at least copied on some recent e-mails between members of the TNA creative team. The official response from a company spokesman is no, Russo is not working with the company.

Sting’s Message After Impact Match Suggests Turning To Prayer

Following his match on TNA Impact last night in which Sting put his contract on the line against the world heavyweight championship , and lost. Sting posted a cryptic message on his official Facebook page. “When contemplating what’s around the corner, try taking it all to prayer… it may help.”

That was soon followed by a new cover photo featuring an old quote from his time in WCW. “The only thing that’s for sure about Sting is nothing’s for sure.” written in white text with a plain black background.

This comes after growing rumors and reports from sources like The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that claim Sting has been in serious talks with the WWE for some time even to the point where they are coming up with “Monikers” for him such as “A man called Sting”.

If Sting were to sign with WWE this would be the first time the legend has ever worked with the company, as Sting has turned down offers dating back to the buyout of WCW in 2001.

The ultimate dream match for years has been a WrestleMania encounter between The Undertaker and Sting. As many feel Sting is similar to Taker in persona.

Here’s the match from Impact last night

Details About Theme Song Used During Last Night’s Raw

The song used during last night’s Raw as part of the MLK edition of the broadcast was “Difference Maker” by Christian rock band NEEDTOBREATH. The song is off of the upcoming album Rivers In The Wasteland – available April 15th. Below are the lyrics and complete audio of the song.

Lyrics:
Verse 1:
Isn’t it amazing how a man can find himself alone
Call into the darkness for an answer that’s he’s never known
Isn’t it amazing how a God can take a broken man
Let him find a fortune let him ruin it with his own two hands

Pre Chorus:
And he walks on up the hill
on the rock on which he stands
he looks back at the crowd
And he looks down at his hands and he says
I am a difference maker.

Chorus:
I am the difference maker
I am the only one that speaks to him
I am the friendliest of friends of God.

Verse 2:
Isn’t it amazing how a man can find himself alone
Call into the darkness for an answer that’s he’s never known

Pre Chorus:
And he walks on up the hill
on the rock on which he stands
he looks back at the ground
And he looks down at his hands and he says
I am a difference maker.

Chorus:
I am the difference maker
I am the only one that speaks to him
I am the friendliest of friends of God.

Bridge:
I am on the fence about nearly everything I’ve seen
And I have felt the fire be put out by too much gasoline
We’re all strangers passing through, place and time, afternoon
Life is but a vision in a window that we’re peeking through

It’s a helpless conversation with a man who says he cares a lot
It’s a hopeless confrontation about who might throw a punch or not
And we are all transgressors, we’re all sinners, we’re all astronauts
So if you’re beating death then raise your hand but shut up if you’re not.

Chorus:
I am the difference maker
I am the only one that speaks to him
I am the friendliest of friends of God.

I am the difference maker
I am the only one that speaks to him
I am the friendliest of friends of God.
