Backstage Report Suggests Bayley Has Signed New WWE Contract

A new report indicates that Bayley is expected to remain with WWE for the foreseeable future after reportedly agreeing to a new deal with the company.

According to False Finish, there had been speculation regarding Bayley’s future in recent months as her previous contract was believed to be approaching its expiration date. Despite those questions, sources reportedly expected the former Women’s Champion to stay with WWE, and it is now believed that a new agreement has been finalized.

While neither WWE nor Bayley has publicly commented on the report, backstage belief is that “The Role Model” has signed a new contract that could see her take on additional responsibilities beyond her role as an on-screen performer.

Details regarding those expanded duties remain unclear at this time. There has been no indication as to whether the reported role would involve talent development, creative input, mentorship, ambassador work, or another position within the company.

Bayley has been away from WWE television since July, but the report notes that discussions regarding her eventual return have already begun internally. Creative plans are reportedly being explored as WWE prepares for her comeback.

A longtime fixture of WWE’s women’s division, Bayley has built a résumé that includes multiple championship reigns and headline appearances throughout her career. If the report proves accurate, the new deal would ensure that one of WWE’s most accomplished stars remains part of the company while potentially contributing in a larger capacity behind the scenes.

For now, fans will have to wait for official confirmation from either WWE or Bayley regarding the reported agreement and any expanded role she may be taking on.
