SmackDown Live Preview 11/21/17

Tonight’s WWE SmackDown Live will take place from the Toyota Center in Houston with the fallout from Sunday’s Survivor Series pay-per-view.

WWE is focusing on the following points for tonight’s blue brand show:

* How will Shane McMahon deal with the fallout from Survivor Series?

* Will AJ Styles cross paths with Jinder Mahal after tangling with The Beast?

* Will the SmackDown Women’s division bow down to The Queen?

* Will The Bludgeon Brothers make a dominant reemergence against The Hype Bros?

* What will Baron Corbin do next after clobbering The Miz at Survivor Series?

At Survivor Series this past Sunday, WWE was promoting a Jinder Mahal vs. AJ Styles WWE Championship match for tonight’s SmackDown Live. Those plans apparently changed on Monday, and the match is no longer scheduled for tonight’s show. WWE released the promo below from Jinder to hype tonight’s show, who called AJ Styles a disappointment for being “victimized” and “beaten” by Brock Lesnar at the Survivor Series. Jinder also seemingly confirmed that his rematch with Styles will not be happening tonight, saying “very soon I will become two-time WWE Champion. So when and where the Modern Day Maharaja re-invokes his rematch clause has yet to be seen, but I promise you that there will be gold around this waist very soon.”
