New TNA World Heavyweight Champion Crowned

On tonight’s TNA Impact show, after winning a 10-Man Gauntlet Match to become the #1 contender, Eric Young demanded that MVP give him his title shot against Magnus, TONIGHT!

An injured, tired, and worn down EY nailed Magnus with a vicious pile driver and became the new TNA Heavyweight Champion.

Mike Tenay ended the show only as he can with, “What a moment – April 10, 2014, Eric Young crowned TNA Heavyweight Champion – Damn he did it”.

  1. I agree Trevor, it definitely had the Daniel Bryan feel to it, even down to the beard and the feigned injury. It was still a good feeling to see the underdog win the title – but didn’t compare to the Yes Movement.

    1. There version of the Daniel Bryan Title win. The unlikely wrestler fights his way to a World title match & wins. I love it. EY deserves it for all he has done for TNA.
