WWE Drops Full WrestleMania 42 Promo After Series of Mysterious Teasers

After a weekend full of cryptic teasers that had fans buzzing online, WWE has officially released the complete WrestleMania 42 promotional video — and it’s every bit as cinematic as fans expected.

The long-awaited reveal premiered earlier today on The Pat McAfee Show, confirming that the hype surrounding WWE’s social media hints was all building toward this year’s “Show of Shows.” The teasers began late last week, with short, mysterious clips that left the WWE Universe speculating wildly. Things came into focus on RAW, when a poker chip marked “2026” all but confirmed that WrestleMania season talk had begun early.

The full video leans heavily into the Las Vegas theme — fitting, since WrestleMania 42 will take place at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada, on April 18 and 19, 2026. In the spot, Triple H and Paul Heyman oversee a high-stakes poker game featuring Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and Brock Lesnar. Each Superstar goes “all in,” as Triple H narrates about the art of reading moments and tells — a perfect metaphor for the gamble of WrestleMania itself.

This marks WWE’s first official promotional rollout for WrestleMania 42 and sets the tone for what looks to be a massive event. It also highlights WWE’s evolving media partnerships: fans in the U.S. will be able to stream the two-night extravaganza on the ESPN App, while Netflix will broadcast it to international audiences.

Tickets are already available, with two-day combo packages now on sale via Ticketmaster. If this early teaser is any indication, WWE is betting big on WrestleMania 42 being one of the most must-see events in company history — and Las Vegas seems like the perfect stage to go “all in.”

WWE Officially Announces WrestleMania 43 To Take Place In Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

WWE officially announced today what was reported yesterday, that WrestleMania 43 will take place in 2027 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

WWE officially announced that WrestleMania 43 will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 2027, marking the first time the flagship event will take place outside of North America. The historic announcement was made by WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque in Las Vegas, with the event being part of Riyadh Season. The decision was made in part to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the First Saudi State

The announcement featured Joe Tessitore, Turki Al-Sheikh (Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority in Saudi Arabia), The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Seth Rollins, Logan Paul, Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, Stephanie Vaquer and Charlotte Flair.

WWE has had some form of a partnership with the government in Saudi Arabia since 2014, when they began hosting live events in the country. The agreement has expanded several times since, with WWE now hosting multiple major events there each year.

The 2026 WWE Royal Rumble will also take place in Saudi Arabia, but before WrestleMania heads there, next year’s edition of the event will return to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas for the second year in a row. Since merging with the UFC to form TKO, WWE has been especially eager to plan its major events around who can offer the largest site fee, and despite an initial announcement that the show would take place in New Orleans, Louisiana, the company later made the decision to move it back to Vegas.

Report: WrestleMania 43 Reportedly Set for Saudi Arabia in 2027

WrestleMania may soon be heading to brand-new territory. According to a new report, WWE is preparing to stage its biggest annual event, WrestleMania 43, in Saudi Arabia in 2027.

PWInsider noted that a press release in Arabic briefly surfaced online this week, confirming the event before it was quickly pulled back. While it looks like the news went out ahead of schedule, the outlet has verified that the announcement is legitimate and should be made official in the near future.

Adding fuel to the speculation, a now-deleted X post from user @MajedM60 shared video of Turki Alalshikh—the chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority—seemingly revealing the news on Snapchat. Translations of the clip referenced WrestleMania as “the biggest WWE wrestling festival,” lending further credibility to the report.

This wouldn’t be Saudi Arabia’s first step into the WWE spotlight. Earlier this year, it was confirmed that the Kingdom will host the 2026 Royal Rumble, and rumors quickly followed that the country was pushing to land WrestleMania itself. Dave Meltzer previously reported that Saudi officials had long been interested in bringing the event overseas, with significant financial backing behind the effort.

WWE has been running premium live events in Saudi Arabia since striking a 10-year partnership with the nation back in 2018. Fans have seen shows like Crown Jewel and Night of Champions take place in Riyadh and Jeddah, though it remains unclear which city would land WrestleMania 43.

For now, the official word is still pending. The big question is whether WWE will announce it themselves or if Saudi officials will beat them to the punch once again.

If confirmed, WrestleMania 43 in 2027 would mark the first time “The Showcase of the Immortals” has taken place outside North America, making it a historic milestone in the event’s storied history.

Report – WWE Heading Back to Vegas for WrestleMania 42 After Canceling New Orleans Deal

In a twist worthy of a WrestleMania main event, WWE has officially swapped the host city for WrestleMania 42. Originally slated to return to the iconic Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, the company is now shifting its biggest annual spectacle to Las Vegas, Nevada—just one year after Sin City delivered a blockbuster WrestleMania 41.

The news broke via a statement from the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation, which confirmed that New Orleans will instead host the 2026 Money in the Bank premium live event, along with a future WrestleMania down the line. WWE has yet to release an official announcement, but multiple outlets, including NOLA.com and Fightful Select, have backed the report. According to an industry source cited in the original report, the change came after WWE’s record-setting performance at WrestleMania 41, held at Allegiant Stadium this past April.

WrestleMania 41: Too Big to Ignore

It’s easy to see why WWE made the call. WrestleMania 41, which featured a marquee triple threat between Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and CM Punk on Night One, and John Cena’s historic 17th world title win over Cody Rhodes on Night Two, crushed expectations. From massive merchandise and sponsorship revenue to unprecedented social media traction, WWE hit new highs across the board.

Most notably, the two-night spectacle pulled in the biggest gate in company history, drawing a staggering 124,693 fans in total—cementing Las Vegas as a can’t-miss market for WWE’s flagship show.

The Rock’s Announcement Reversed

Back in February, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson made the high-profile announcement that New Orleans would host WrestleMania 42, making it the third time in 12 years the city would welcome the Show of Shows. That plan is now shelved—for now. While New Orleans may feel the sting of being bumped, officials were quick to note the city’s new assignment: hosting Money in the Bank in 2026 and a future WrestleMania yet to be named.

Talent Reaction: Surprised, But Unbothered

Behind the scenes, Fightful Select reported a mix of surprise and indifference among WWE staff and talent. Many weren’t even thinking that far ahead yet, and given WWE typically handles all travel logistics for WrestleMania week, the location shift isn’t expected to disrupt too many plans internally.

That said, not everyone is brushing it off. Independent wrestling promotions and fan-centric events like WrestleCon—which had already secured a New Orleans venue for April 2026—are now scrambling. With WrestleMania week often serving as the nucleus for a bustling calendar of indie shows and fan conventions, the move to Las Vegas could cause a ripple effect for those already deep into planning.

What’s Next?

With WWE reportedly eyeing April 11 and 12, 2026 for WrestleMania 42, it’s unclear whether those dates will hold or shift with the location change. The current regime has shown flexibility when the potential for revenue spikes is on the table, so nothing is set in stone just yet.

Las Vegas may have just become the new home for WrestleMania 42, but for the wrestling world, the road to 2026 now comes with a whole new set of directions. One thing’s for sure—what happens in Vegas next WrestleMania weekend will definitely not stay there.

Hart Vs. Austin At WrestleMania XIII To Be First Match Inducted Into WWE Hall Of Fame – “Immortal Moment”

WWE is set to break new ground with its 2025 Hall of Fame class, introducing a brand-new category of recognition: the induction of individual matches. During WWE SmackDown, the company announced that the legendary WrestleMania 13 bout between Bret “The Hitman” Hart and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin will be the first match honored as an “Immortal Moment.”

A Defining Match in WWE History

The Hart vs. Austin showdown from WrestleMania 13 (1997) is widely regarded as one of the greatest matches in WWE history. Not only did it showcase elite in-ring storytelling, but it also played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of WWE’s most successful era. The match is best remembered for its dramatic double-turn, where the fan-favorite Hart became a villain while the rebellious Austin won over the crowd despite losing the match.

The unforgettable finish saw a bloodied Austin refusing to tap out to Hart’s Sharpshooter, ultimately passing out due to the pain. Hart’s refusal to release the hold cemented his heel turn, while Austin’s resilience solidified his status as WWE’s next breakout star. This match played a crucial role in launching the Attitude Era, with Austin eventually becoming one of the most iconic figures in wrestling history.

Bret Hart & Steve Austin Set to Appear at Hall of Fame

Both Austin and Hart, who have previously been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame for their individual careers (Austin in 2009, Hart in 2006), will be present at the 2025 ceremony to accept this historic honor. With this recognition, Bret Hart also becomes the first-ever three-time inductee, having been previously honored in 2019 as part of The Hart Foundation.

2025 Hall of Fame Class

This year’s WWE Hall of Fame class already boasts an impressive lineup, including:

  • Paul “Triple H” Levesque
  • Lex Luger
  • Michelle McCool
  • The Natural Disasters (Earthquake & Typhoon)

With WrestleMania season approaching, WWE’s decision to honor WrestleMania 13’s defining match as an “Immortal Moment” is a fitting tribute to the impact Austin and Hart had on shaping the industry. Fans can look forward to their appearance at the ceremony, which promises to be one for the history books.

Stay tuned for more Hall of Fame announcements as WWE continues to build an unforgettable Class of 2025!

WWE In Talks To Bring First International WrestleMania To Major European Capital

In 2025, the city of Las Vegas will have the honor of hosting WWE’s biggest premium live event of the year – WrestleMania – for the second time in company history. Beyond that, though, WWE may be looking to expand WrestleMania across the pond, particularly to the country of England.

As revealed in a press release issued by the London Government, the mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, met with WWE President Nick Khan and WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque on Thursday with the intent of discussing the possibility of bringing a future WrestleMania event to England’s capital city of London. For Sadiq Khan, this marked an opportunity to make progress in his mission to platform more North American and international sports in London.

“London has great pedigree in hosting the biggest international sporting events from around the globe – and I’m determined to cement our city’s reputation as the undisputed sports capital of the world, as we work together for a better London for everyone,” said Sadiq. “It’s exciting to be working with the WWE team. The meeting was really productive, and talks will continue about how we could turn our ambition into a reality.”

As pointed out by Levesque, WWE and London have a “long and successful history” that dates back several decades, including 1992’s SummerSlam PLE, which emanated from the world-famous Wembley Stadium. As of 2024, though, WWE has yet to take its grandest stage outside of North America — something that 16-time world champion John Cena previously campaigned to change by specifically bringing it to the prosperous city of London.

Coming out of WWE’s meeting with Sadiq, Nick Khan indicated that further talks were needed, but so far, they appear to be promising. “Sadiq Khan and his team are working hard on positioning London as a sport and entertainment capital of Europe, and it has been great to hear more on his vision for how WWE can support them on that journey,” Nick Khan said.

WWE Announces Host City For Royal Rumble 2025, Future SummerSlam & WrestleMania

Wrestling fans in Indianapolis, Indiana, will have plenty to look forward to in the coming years, as WWE is bringing three of its tentpole events to the city. According to a press release put out by the company and the Indiana Sports Corp on Monday morning, the 2025 Royal Rumble and future WrestleMania and SummerSlam shows will emanate from the city as part of a unique partnership.

The first event to hit Indianapolis will be next year’s Royal Rumble, which is scheduled to take place from the Lucas Oil Stadium. No dates have been confirmed for the other premium live events at the time of this writing, but everyone involved is excited about WWE bringing three of its biggest shows to the city.

“We are excited to bring this groundbreaking partnership to Indianapolis and our state,” said Patrick Talty, President of Indiana Sports Corp. “For over four decades, our city’s sports strategy has brought in millions of visitors and priceless hours of international brand-building media coverage. This partnership with WWE continues to push that strategy forward in new and exciting ways. We look forward to welcoming the WWE Universe to our community and state and showing them all that Indy has to offer.”

The company will host “Raw,” “SmackDown,” and “NXT” live events across Indiana in the forthcoming months, but no dates have been confirmed yet. Similarly, WWE and the Sport Corp plan on introducing a collaborative program that will ensure the city benefits from the partnership after the announced shows are over.

While some of the announced Indianapolis shows remain shrouded in secrecy, other cities are already bracing for WWE’s biggest events. WrestleMania 41 has been confirmed for Las Vegas and SummerSlam 2026 is scheduled to emanate from the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
