Video: 8-Year Old Elijah Signing His WWE Contact

Below is video from last night after RAW went off the air of 8-year old Elijah who is battling cancer for the fourth time signing his WWE contract. Elijah submitted a application for Tough Enough earlier this summer. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon was impressed so they invited him to RAW to sign a WWE contract. Elijah’s favorite WWE Superstar Stardust was there by his side when he signed the contract. Elijah said his name would be “Drax Shadow” and his catchphrase is “Don’t fear the darkness, fear the shadow!”

This is awesome that WWE would do something like this for a kid battling cancer.

Triple H & Stephanie McMahon Bringing Young Fan To RAW To Sign A WWE Contract

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon loved a Tough Enough video that a young fan name Elijah sent in so much that they sent him a Money In The Bank briefcase with a WWE contract. They invited him to the upcoming RAW in San Jose, CA. to sign the contract in the ring. They told him he could have his favorite WWE Superstar by his side when he signs the contract. Elijah chose Stardust as his favorite. Stardust replied with a tweet:

This is the kind of thing that the WWE does that makes them such a wonderful company.

Backstage RAW News On Triple H & Stephanie McMahon

Reddit.com user MetsFan4Ever, who previously has broken several WWE stories, reports that the atmosphere backstage at RAW last night was very tense. Reportedly Triple H & Stephanie McMahon were furious over CM Punk’s Art of Wrestling podcast with Colt Cabana so WWE employees were trying to avoid them. Triple H, Stephanie & Vince McMahon apparently had a closed-door meeting.
