Luke Harper was pulled from this weekend’s WWE live events after suffering a knee injury in last Monday’s post-RAW dark main event in Philadelphia.
While WWE has not confirmed the injury, word going around backstage at last night’s live event from at Madison Square Garden is that Harper’s knee injury is worse than originally believed, according to PWInsider. Harper is now expected to be out of action for 5 to 6 months, which could put him back in time for SummerSlam.
Last night on Raw during the SummerSlam rematch of The Wyatt Family (Bray Wyatt & Luke Harper) VS Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose, a new member of The Wyatt Family appeared, a huge monster of a man wearing a black sheep mask, he took out Reigns and Ambrose.
Later in a video Bray introduced the mew member as Braun Strowman and referred to him as Sister Abigail’s black sheep.
Strowman (real name is Adam Scherr) won the 2012 Arnold Amateur Strongman World Championships. He made his NXT debut as Braun Stowman on December 19, 2014. Now on the WWE main roster he will called Braun Strowman with a r.
F4WOnline reports that there are rumors of NXT tag team The Ascension being called up to WWE’s main roster to be partner with Bray Wyatt. The rumors are unconfirmed but it could have to do with Wyatt setting Luke Harper & Erick Rowan free.
Horror film directors, The Soska Twins (Jen & Sylvia), who have worked on WWE Studio’s See No Evil 2 & Vendetta, say they want to make a movie about The Wyatt Family.
In the Wyatt Family vignettes on RAW Monday it appeared that Bray Wyatt set Luke Harper free. Word from backstage at RAW is that The Wyatt Family will be going their separate ways.
There is some speculation that Bray Wyatt could possibly be turning babyface.
