Last night’s RAW opened with Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, Triple H and the WWE roster (all wearing Roddy Piper “Hot Rod” T-shirts) out on the stage to pay tribute to the late “Rowdy” Roddy Piper. There was a 10-bell salute followed by a tribute video.
The Miz honored Roddy Piper during the opening of his Miz TV segment, saying there would be no Miz TV without Piper’s Pit.
RAW takes place tonight from the Sap Center in San Jose, California. the show will probably feature some kind of tribute to Roddy Piper.
John Cena is not scheduled to appear due to the broken nose he suffered last week in his match with Seth Rollins.

John Cena has been removed from this weekend’s WWE Live Events after suffering a broken nose during a match on RAW against Seth Rollins. Cena had surgery on his broken nose. PWInsider reports that Cena is no longer being advertised for this coming Monday’s RAW from San Jose, California.
Update:
WrestlingINC reports that John Cena has also been pulled from the August 10th RAW in Everett, Washington and all live events that week. Cena is still being advertised for the final RAW before SummerSlam on August 17 in Minneapolis.
WWE announced that Alicia Fox suffered a concussion in her match with Nikki Bella on Monday’s RAW in Oklahoma City against Charlotte and Becky Lynch.
Now with Alicia Fox having suffered a concussion this could lead to a new Team Bella member being brought in, as has been speculated.
John Cena suffered a broken nose on RAW after taking a knee to the face from Rollins during their main event match. Cena continued to wrestle the rest of the match and defeated Rollins. A WWE doctor attended to Cena several times during the match.

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon loved a Tough Enough video that a young fan name Elijah sent in so much that they sent him a Money In The Bank briefcase with a WWE contract. They invited him to the upcoming RAW in San Jose, CA. to sign the contract in the ring. They told him he could have his favorite WWE Superstar by his side when he signs the contract. Elijah chose Stardust as his favorite. Stardust replied with a tweet:

Last night on RAW in a fantastic and long over due segment, three NXT Divas made their RAW debut- Becky Lynch, Charlotte and NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks.
Team Bella was in the ring cutting a promo about how they are in charge and are unstoppable. Stephanie McMahon came out to the ring and said that she owns the WWE and talked about women are taking over in sports such as MMA, Soccer and Tennis. Stephanie said it’s time for a revolution in the WWE. Stephanie brought out Paige, then Becky Lynch and Charlotte to form a team.
Naomi and Tamina came out saying that they have unfinished business with The Bella’s and Paige and they want what they deserve. Stephanie brought out NXT Women’s champion Sasha Banks to team with Naomi and Tamina.
Team Bella tried to leave the ring but the others surrounded them and a huge brawl broke out that had the NXT Divas placing Team Bella in their submission Finishers.
I can’t wait to see how this angle plays out. The Revolution in the Divas division has begun.
