There are rumors of Neville quitting WWE and walking out before Monday’s RAW in Indianapolis hit the air. The original plans for the Lumberjack main event had Neville losing to WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore but plans changed and Kalisto ended up defeating Enzo for the title.

In an update, F4Wonline.com confirms that Neville did walk out of RAW before the show began and that his future is up in the air. WWE has officially denied that he quit the promotion. F4Wonline.com also notes that the originally planned Neville vs. Enzo match was supposed to be non-title.

The first Kalisto vs. Enzo match wasn’t supposed to happen until the October 22nd WWE TLC pay-per-view, as announced just a few hours before RAW began. As noted last night, WWE has confirmed that Enzo will get his rematch for the title at TLC.

Neville did not appear on WWE 205 Live last week and his profile remains on the WWE website as of this writing.

Neville’s last TV appearance came last Monday during the segment that saw RAW General Manager Kurt Angle announce that he had signed Kalisto to the cruiserweight Division. His last TV match came on the September 26th edition of WWE 205 Live, a win over Ariya Daivari. He did not work any weekend live events but cruiserweights rarely work the non-televised events besides an occasional singles title match.

WWE Superstar Neville returned to action Tuesday following a 4 month absence from the ring … and based on the video, the high-flying wrestler doesn’t appear to have a lost a step.

The Man That Gravity Forgot wrestled in a dark match before the SmackDown taping and picked up the win over Bo Dallas after hitting his patented Red Arrow, seen below.

The 29 year-old has been out of action since March 14th — after breaking his ankle during a match — but due to the WWE Draft going down next week, the timing of his return is perfect!

Gravity may have forgotten him, but we certainly haven’t. Welcome back, Neville!

Updates On Finn Balor Coming To WWE’s Main Roster, Big Returns, Money In The Bank

Source: WrestlingINC

Sunday’s WWE Money In the Bank pay-per-view could end up being one of the most newsworthy pay-per-views of the year. WWE has been pushing the show as the biggest MITB show of all-time with two WrestleMania caliber main events – Seth Rollins vs. WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns and John Cena vs. AJ Styles.

Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that there is once again internal talk about Finn Balor being called up. It’s possible his call-up is held off for the WWE Draft in July, but his debut is said to be imminent. There’s also plans in the works for The Wyatt Family, Neville and Randy Orton to return in the next few weeks. No word yet on if any of those returns will come on Sunday but The Wyatts have been rumored.

Ticket sales picked up in the past week and the company is expecting to sellout the 13,000 seat configuration at the new T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Update On Neville’s Condition, Will He Need Surgery?

Source: WrestlingINC

As noted, Neville suffered a broken ankle and broken shinbone on a baseball slide during Monday’s WWE RAW match against Chris Jericho.

Neville underwent more tests in Orlando at the WWE Performance Center on Monday and WWE’s Dr. Chris Amann reports that he will not need surgery. Neville is expected back in 2-3 months. Amann told WWE’s website:

“Neville had some repeat testing done in Orlando today which included X-Rays and a cat scan of his ankle. Upon further review, it has been determined that surgical repair of the ankle would not be necessary. Instead, he will be treated nonoperatively with a cast and crutches. The estimated return for this type of fracture is usually 2 to 3 months.”

Neville Injured Last Night On RAW

Source: WrestlingINC

Last night, Neville appeared to suffer an ankle or knee injury during his match on last night’s RAW against Chris Jericho. Jericho threw Neville into the ropes, and Neville tried a baseball slide between Jericho’s legs when he injured his ankle, as seen in the video below:

Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that Neville suffered a broken shinbone and a broken ankle. While it’s too early to know how much time Neville will miss, he most likely is out of WrestleMania 32.

Officials helped Neville to the back after the match.

Update:

As noted, Neville suffered a fractured ankle during the match with Chris Jericho on last night’s WWE RAW in Pittsburgh. He’s expected to miss WrestleMania 32. The way the match finished with Jericho getting disqualified for pushing the referee was not the original plan but they improvised and went with that finish after Neville’s ankle snapped doing the baseball slide

Neville Made RAW Debut

Former NXT Champion Adrian Neville made his RAW debut by defeating Curtis Axel. It looks like WWE has dropped his first name and he is going to simply be called Neville.
