WWE announced today Becky Lynch has been invited back to this week’s RAW by the McMahon Family, despite being suspended by Stephanie McMahon earlier this week.

Stephanie told Lynch she needed to get clearance on her knee injury before she could face WWE RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania 35, and until she did so Lynch would be suspended.

On RAW, Lynch punched Stephanie McMahon and the very next night on SmackDown Live, slapped Triple H after he tried to convince her to do the same in regards to getting her knee injury cleared.

PWInsider reports that Vince McMahon was scheduled to be deposed today in the lawsuit against WWE by former WWE star Vito Lo Grasso and former WWE developmental talent Evan Singleton.Stephanie McMahon will also be deposed and Triple H, who has his deposition scheduled for next Tuesday.

WWE Dr. Chris Amann and former WWE star Chris Nowinski, who now heads the Concussion Legacy Foundation, will also be deposed. Dr. Joseph Maroon, who heads the WWE Wellness Policy, was deposed on May 20th.

WWE had argued against Stephanie being included, noting that the plaintiffs did not give any legitimate reason for her deposition when Vince, Triple H and others had already been made available. The Judge ruled:

“WWE made Levesque available previously to testify before Congress on issues related to the safety of its wrestlers. Although the Court rejected Plaintiff’s fraudulent misrepresentation claims on the basis of that testimony, WWE has not demonstrated that Levesque is not an appropriate deponent on the issues of whether WWE had a duty, and whether that duty was breached, to disclose knowledge of long term health risks caused by repeated head trauma. The parties are ordered to work cooperatively to schedule a deposition based on the witness’ availability, which may be conducted up to fourteen days after the current discovery deadline.”
