UPDATE VANESSA
So apparently the photo of punk with a shirt that reads @PhilbrooksMMA is photoshopped. The original photo can be found here https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BiWDjnoCIAALYKs.jpg:large
With a side by side comparison. It should also be noted that the twitter handle on the shirt that we said to fallow earlier is also false
A WrestlingInc.com reader spotted CM Punk at the airport in Chicago last night and got an autograph and sent the photo below. He noted that he talked to Punk a bit, “who seemed really chill.” When asked if he was still with WWE, Punk said that he couldn’t say. In an interesting note, his shirt read, “@PhilBrooksMMA.”

While CM Punk was never scripted into last Monday’s RAW from Chicago, before the confirmation came down that he would not be appearing, there was some chatter or at least hope within WWE that maybe he would come out and do some kind of retirement speech or farewell. There was also some talk of doing a four-way at WrestleMania XXX with Punk, Daniel Bryan, Batista and Randy Orton but that “just was not the situation” because of Punk choosing to stay away from the company.
