WrestleMania 41 is officially locked in, and WWE is pulling out all the stops for this year’s two-night extravaganza at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on April 19 and 20. Friday night’s SmackDown delivered the goods with the full card announcement, and from top to bottom, it’s a WrestleMania loaded with must-see matchups, emotional stakes, and some long-awaited clashes.
Headlining the weekend is none other than John Cena, who’s stepping into the ring for what’s being billed as a key stop on his farewell tour. In a twist that’s had fans buzzing, Cena’s recent heel turn sets the stage for a blockbuster main event on Night 2 against the current Undisputed WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes. That match will close out Easter Sunday.
Meanwhile, Night 1 is being anchored by another massive showdown—a triple threat match featuring Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and Seth Rollins. With Paul Heyman once again in Punk’s corner, the bout promises heavy storytelling, high drama, and high-impact wrestling from three of the industry’s biggest names.
Across the two nights, a total of eight championships will be defended.
Missing Randy?
Notably absent (for now) is Randy Orton, though that could change quickly. On SmackDown, Orton confronted GM Nick Aldis in a heated segment where he threatened “something awful” if he wasn’t booked. As if that wasn’t enough, Solo Sikoa later inserted himself into the mix, seemingly setting the stage for a potential Orton vs. Sikoa clash on Sunday. If it happens, it would mark Orton’s 20th WrestleMania match—an impressive milestone for The Viper.
