Former WWE announcer Lilian Garcia’s father passed away on Sunday after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
Garcia says she’s obviously emotional after his passing, but paying tribute to her dad’s life is very important at this moment — so she plans to work with a charity that assists veterans, like her father.
As we previously reported, Garcia left WWE in August to be with her dad during his battle with bladder cancer and multiple myeloma. She returned for 1-night this month to sing at Tribute to the Troops.
The charity Lilian plans to work with is called Fisher House Foundation and they’re best known for a network of comfort homes where military/veterans’ families can stay at no cost while a loved one is receiving treatment. If you’d like to donate CLICK HERE.
