We have gotten a few inquiries about an internet report going around that the Undertaker was taken to the hospital following his match with Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania XXX. Here is what we currently know. The latest report is that he could have been taken just as a precautionary measure. It does not appear to be anything serious, if the reports are to be belived to begin with.
