We here at DTRT Wrestling News, like many thousands of you Jerry “The King” Lawler fans around the world 
have been very concerned about what happened with “The King” as he had a heart attack while broadcasting Raw live this past Monday.
I can’t imagine any site on the web that has two bigger fans of Lawler than my partner Trevor and I. We both feared the worst as Raw went off the air. We had already closed our live chat of Raw out of respect for Kingfish. We both spent much time in prayer, knowing that God’s healing power was the best medicine.
Out of respect for our friend, Jerry Lawler (no, we aren’t personal friends, but how can you follow him without feeling like you are his friend) – we decided that we would do no coverage of RAW and have pretty much been silent except for some fantastic work on our Facebook page that Trevor has done keeping us updated and tributes to “The King”.

We will now restart our normal coverage. You see we do this site because we love wrestling – it’s not how we make a living. So, if we need to go silent for a couple of days to show respect for someone – then that’s what we will do and continue to do.
We hope that all of you understand and appreciate what we do and in this case, don’t do – for you. Please feel free to let us know how you feel.
